Darn, bought the P25i from Best Buy today for $17.99 and I'm ultra impressed. These earbuds sounds top notch no matter what you throw at them. I can't imagine how beautiful their more expensive models could sound.
I'm a die hard Anker fan, the best made in China brand. Amazing quality and a FRACTION of the prices of other companies. I have a bunch of their powerbanks/chargers, soundsurge, products and they have never ever failed. A few of my powerbanks are reaching 10 years and they still work perfectly fine. Love all their products, screw paying $200 for earbuds when Anker exists.

@@Albertojedi I've been using these earbuds for the past week, its amazing, pairs easily, sounds great and under $20. Can't beat Anker products, perfect mix of quality and cheap price without being a cheap product. I'm a loyal fan for life as long as they keep up the good quality.

They're the same. The name just depends on where you live.

Both sides do not work simultaneously. There is no dual connection
Try forgetting the device and then reconnecting it. If it has issues still, maybe the battery might have an issue. You could just clean the case and earpieces and try letting it charge. However if your device still have flaws after trying the above solutions, it might be defective. You will need to exchange for a new one.

Is it better than p20i or they are the same ?
Unfortunately, we do not own the p20i. Maybe you can google up the specs of both products and compare it with each other.
@@SimpleJoyWithAnh I bought these headphones after one of my earbuds from JVC stopped working and I lost one of the other earbuds that actually worked. These earbuds are really awesome and have noise cancelling technology.
I think it’s the same just that p25i are sold from bestbuy.

I don’t really keep track but the charging time is fast and it lasts a long time.

The easy way is using the phone. If you want to adjust volume with the earbuds, you will need to program the earbuds on the app.
