Really Was depressive and was very angry whit his father, but had a punk attitude. Later he fallen in drugs. Became in a heroin addict. And run to Argentina to runaway from this. He lived in a quiet city in Cordoba and recovered the health. In the next years moved to Buenos Aires and became an alcoholic... Is an interesting and long history
From Sumo came two great bands from Argentina (Divididos and Las Pelotas). This was after Luca died. Imagine, a UK guy singing in english and making us know ska and reggae and some punk with the military in the power and malvinas conflict, he has balls haha.(Again, sorry my english grey) Saludos!!!
Luca Prodan was Italian but his family was in high clases social position as to send his son to the Best schools in Britain. He was a mate of Charles of Wales. Yeah! That very Charles! Later on, He got sick of European lifestyle and was invited to Iive and settle in Argentina where one of his uncles used to live. Some time later, he went to the Main capital in Argentina: City of Buenos Aires. He lives as bohemian until he finally adquired his fist house located at Abasto area in Buenos Aires. He became another one from the crowd It pretty looks like he was born as an argentinian. I know perhaps it's s hard to get but this is just the way it is. Before his departure to south américa. He was working at record stores in london. There, he formed his first band inspires by new Wave rythyms in the late 1970's. Along with a british under age female drummer they were rehearsing in Argentina when they came. Then, SUMO was found but that little girl return to England following her parents request. Some of the original band members were replace by the newcomers. The sax player named Roberto Pettinato became a tv hoster in a gozzip show but still kept intact his boundaries to rock'n roll & reggae scenes in my country. Sadly, Luca passed away in 1988 due to liver Cyrrhosis caused by his drunk addiction. SO, this is a summarize of Luca history. See You man! 🤘

This song was writen by Luca in a very depresive period, wen his sister die with her boyfriend for a heroin overdose.... a very sad song telephone... Luca have another tender and very glad side.
