The most likely thing that happened was the ground wires were not fully tightened and it caused the connection to get really hot. It got so hot that it melted the solder and the plastic housing. It would have been a lot better if you could apply some hot air and bend that metal connector back down into the holes. Then reheat all of that solder and make sure it gets a really good solid connection. Then clean out any burnt debris from the hole that the wires fit into so that they will get a good solid connection. Also, this is not a 2-channel amplifier. It's a single channel or monoblock style amplifier specifically made for subwoofers. They give you two sets of speaker connections. The two positives are internally connected and the two negatives are internally connected. This just makes it a little bit easier to wire up a subwoofer.
you supose the put those pins back in the whole use a side cutter to remove the burnt plastic then level the negative block to back in the whole then solder it like that it wont last very long not been attched dricetly to the board
