Dear Friend David, Thank you for this. We hear so much about the monument at Ground Zero, and the heroic actions at the Pentagon. I appreciate getting more acquainted with this important site.

I live in Pennsylvania, but I haven’t been to the Memorial in a long time. This inspires me to make the trip again. I will enjoy being in the chapel when I do.
Like so many others, I really appreciate your visits. They strengthen my testimony that we are all children of a loving Father in Heaven and that He loves all his children.

Thank you for sharing this David. Flight 93 tends to be the "forgotten" flight. But we'll never forget. I'm so glad that pastor listened to his prompting and was able to secure this chapel for his community to remember these heroes that sacrificed their lives to protect American citizens. 😢 While that horrific day changed America forever, it also brought people closer together. Differences in politics, religion, etc. were set aside for the greater good. There was much rendering of service that day, because people couldn't just sit still and do nothing seeing their fellow Americans suffering. That service and closeness carried on for much time 💗, until more forces came into play to divide us. We need to remember our strengths as citizens.

As always, David, thank you so much for sharing with us proof that much good can be found in the human family, and that it is through our trials and heartache that we can grow closer to God.

This was such a neat video, David. Thanks for taking us along. I remember 9/11 like it was yesterday. I was working and a co-worker came and got me and we went where there was a TV. A big group had gathered there, and everyone was trying to figure out how a plane had hit the world trade center. As the second plane hit, everyone gasped, and then there was a grim silence. We understood immediately that the United States was under attack.
When I got home that afternoon, I watched the coverage of all that had happened. I watched late into the evening, and what struck me at the time, and what has really stayed with me, is family. Family is everything. Person after person was carrying around pictures of loved ones who hadn't been accounted for. They would go on camera and plead for information about their loved ones. Whole blocks in NYC were plastered with posters about missing loved ones. It was heartwrenching.
Those brave people on flight 93 are true heroes! They kept that plane from hitting its intended target. We honor them forever ❤️

Oh I love stories of miracles happening to make things fall into place. I also love seeing a Memorial where every single thing has so much meaning and thought from families and loved ones. It’s perfect! Not corporate. Meaningful. Full of variety, just like the heroes who were on board!! I wish more people know about this! Thank you for spotlighting this! ❤❤❤

I was in NYC on 9/11 and I watched the second plane impact the tower.
I still struggle with the carnival atmosphere near/around ground zero. Thank you for treating this seriously.

I remember 9/11 in vivid detail. I still feel the terror when I watch footage of that day or hear about what happened. I am SOOOO thankful for those hero's who made that sacrifice on Flight 93, regular people who understood the tragedy that was thrust on them through no fault of their own; they took the right action and saved lives of so many more people. Thank you for covering this historic event right there in Shanksville. I like to hear your perspective on spiritual things, you take things in with an open mind.

I didn’t know that this chapel existed, thanks David for bringing it to our attention. We certainly need a spiritual element as we look at 9\11. I’m very happy that there are so many special exhibits representing what touches so many of us.

I unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view) do not remember where I was on 9/11, as I was five years old at the time. But, I have seen the Flight 93 movie. I can't even imagine what must have been going through the minds of the passengers on that plane. God bless.

There is tragedy, and for some it is very hard to find goodness when darkness prevails. God does allow the wicked to be wicked and will not prevent every tragedy, but He always works His goodness wherever people allow Him, even out of the ashes of the enemy's destruction. Antiochus brought about the Maccabees; Hitler brought about Ben Gurion; This tragedy brought about the goodness and community that you described. I think sometimes God allows the enemy to hurt us in order to help us remember to be godly, compassionate, kind, connected.
Thank you, David. Another very wonderful video. I owe you a few comments. I hope to catch up soon. Much love, brother.

Thank you for telling us more details about this church. I did not know about it. I definitely remember 9-11 and the aftermath, but not much about Flight 93. Your reminders about the significance of 40 in the Bible was intriguing. David you notice and tell us details that I am sure not many other people have ever thought about. Thank you, too for your insights, thoughts and testimony of Jesus Christ in your vlogs.
