    I started doing my kickboxing warm ups again, each item to be done for a minute if possible.
    Plank
    Crunch
    Squats
    Lunges
    Wall Sit
    Pushups (can be modified)
    Skipping (either on your own or with a jump rope)

    These are great. I do these with a dumbbell in a goblet fashion.

    Does a stationary bike help leg strength? I don't have a wall I can do the squat on.

    What can I use in place of an exercise ball.

      Just do them against the wall.
