Yep it's hard to find Drip, V60, Aeropress, Americanos... basically anything that is very "diluted" (wrong term, I know!). I'm that rare Italian that makes his coffee at home with an Aeropress rather than with the moka and get weird looks 😂
@@davandj that's one of beautiful things of travelling. Moreover there is "corretto" it's cofee with a little strong alchool (not for breakfast, only in the eveninig), I like caramel Bayles, but usually it's sambuca.
I live in Naples and the way we use water here is we drink some BEFORE the coffee, to rinse our mouth and taste the coffee as it is. Then drink the rest of the water AFTER the coffee and ONLY if we didn't like the taste of the coffee we just had.
Never tried, I've seen a recipe of cold brew or ice coffe with orange juice. Fun fact, a traditional way of easing a headache is coffee and lemon juice. Doesn't taste nice but grandmas say it works

the same cofee: "Marocchino" in Milano, "Brasiliano" in Neaples "Veneziano" in Reggio Calabria. Yes the water must be drink BEFORE.

@@davideesposito170 Corretto with Baileys sounds like a great combination, I only knew people who put grappa but didn't sound too appealing to me!

Yep! We visited recently and were also told that drinking after is a sign you didn't like the coffee!
