It’s called a freemium model, and a lot of tech companies use it successfully to help new users get started on a limited plan before upgrading in the future. In this case, some users might want to pay to upgrade for additional features, or in my case, I’m a paid user because I have far more than 15 testimonials, which is the limit on the free plan.
