I was there!! Thanks in no small part to Less Than Face for inspiring us to make the trip to Vermont from Michigan to see all this fine pickin at GMBR ❤ Cheers LTF, looking forward to these videos!
Our pleasure Jay!
This is Oh My God. What the. Im in love. This is straight from the mountains of Dundor. Built deep in the heart of the mountain. Wow. Song of the century!!!!
I'm pretty sure this was the first ever performance by this (at the time) UNNAMED band. So good too!
We were there, standing close by the filming position. That whole set was the best live bluegrass I've ever been lucky enough to witness, gave me the shivers. Excellent audio, kudos to Bill K, and the band's use of a single condenser mic
Sounds terrific!
This is wonderful -- Ian would definitely approve and nod, enjoy is own way :)
Go critter!
Wow!!!
Thanks for uploading these guys. I will be seeing them in less than two weeks at a 300 seat, 144 year old "opera house". Can't hardly wait.
Our pleasure!
Well done! 😊
Ah, the first of the LTF GMBR 23 videos to drop! And it's a good un! Dang these guys are good! Hope you've got some of Watchhouse, Sam Grisman & Mr. Sun from that show coming up. Thanks so much!
Thanks for watching!
That was really nice! Gotta admit, though, that I had to check the Watchhouse (fka Mandolin Orange) site to make sure Andrew, Emily and the others are still together. Yup, they are...touring right now. 😊 Thanks again, LTF!
Such a pleasure to have been there! What was the song they did about Abigail?!
Yes, that tune was really good. It's on my list to work up.
Amazing! Do you know the name of that tune or whose it is?

I knew I’d heard it before! Thanks 🙂
This is isn't "Bravest Cowboy," this is "When I Was a Cowboy." Great performance though
I believe I've heard it recorded as THE WESTERN PLAIN
