On the cabinet doors with glass fronts...I had lovely purple orchids on mine but I couldn't afford to replace them. So I painted the glass and wood with Kilz then painted over that with oil based paint . You can probably use water based as well. They have held up fine and I don't even notice the outline of the orchids unless I look for them.
Washer: I want a new front load so it won’t get unbalanced when I was bedspreads and quilts. I have a dog and stuff gets dirty. Tired of the top load washer getting out of balance.

You can paint those cabinet glass with chalk paint. I live in a mobile home and had that type on mine. I used Annie Sloan paint . It’s high quality . You can paint anything with chalk paint. You can put a sealer over it so you can wipe them . I wish you Gods favor . Good job on everything 👍

I've had both and will always buy simple machines in large sizes!!!
For my iced coffee I save our left over morning coffee or I make a pot of stronger coffee and store it in a glass jar in the fridge. It keeps well and I just add the daily leftover coffee into the jar. So I always have some and am not wasting any coffee. I then just use hazlenut creamer from Aldi. 😋
Have you looked into buying a modular home? Sure, the site prep will be a little more involved, but I bet you'll like it more. I don't know whether the water table in that part of GA supports having a basement, but that would be a bonus.
I recently bought and moved into a 24x48’ mobile home with 6 cockatoos. First 2 months were a major money pit( home is only 3 years old). Now I’m putting in new flooring all throughout, then new countertops and finally bathroom makeover as I’m disabled and a fall risk, the tub is too tall to keep stepping over without falling, so a walk in shower is in store.

They have the special appliance stainless steel paint for your refrigerator if that's the look you're going for
What about a piece of peel and stick wallpaper on the cabinet fronts? Over the glass...... then you can stick it on and squeeze out the air bubbles and trim the edge with a knife.
Maybe black chalk paint over the glass on the two cupboards? I’m not sure if that was already mentioned. 😊
Wal Mart sells window tint. It may help with the French doors. It cuts down on a lot of the heat. I had to do it for my storm door. It's Auto tint, but it comes in a roll. Just cut to fit. I hope that helps.

Yes! If you have older model washer/dryer... KEEP IT! It's cheaper to fix it than get a new model that won't last as long.

Our homes are the same size but I have a two bedroom and two bathrooms. Mine and your mom’s bedroom has about the same layout. Even down to the same bathroom door. I HATE that stupid door, I’d like to see how you change out your moms door, when that time comes. And who puts CARPET in a BATHROOM, I still have to rip up the carpet in my bathroom after I’m done with the painting project. Takes forever due to me babysitting one of the grandkids 99.9 percent of the time . Lol but what I have done so far looks pretty. I’m gonna re do this home starting from my room and finish at the other end of the home. You have done a wonderful job with your moms home. Can’t wait to see how you decorate your new home🦋

The outdated small kitchen cabinet with glass design could be updated with the peel and stick "tin panel" sold by Walmart.

I redid my moms mobile home a few years back! Lord it was a job! Pulled out the garden tub/ shower combo, had a crack. Replaced with corner stand up. You are very talented! I so need your energy!!!!🦋🦋🦋

I would take the glass out but chicken wire with a piece of wood behind so you can’t see and paint something on the wood or use decals.

Definetly older models work better for laundry, We bought one very basic but digital washer and it broke down after 2 years. So I found an old one in Facebook marketplace, exactly like one I had a decade ago and I bought it for 75 dollars. I LOVE IT!! ❤ works faster, better and it was super cheap 😂❤

Can you turn the glass panels around? If so, may put white contact paper over glass. I think it would make it look cleaner white. Just a thought. I have lost the ability to add emojis. "Butterfly "
Just put some caulk on that place on your beadboard paper and you'll never see it.
Put some of your beadboard paper over those glass cabinets to cover the glass you don't like.

A few people I know have them and you can't even tell from the inside that it's one. I'm at the point where I take 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Now I have a flat tire and have a spare on my car.
