How to change front tyre on Segway-Ninebot Es 1-2-4

I couldn’t find a guide on how to change the solid front tyre on the Segway-Ninebot Es 1-2-4 so I decided to make one myself !
It’s kind of a struggle to get the new tyre on, but if you leave it in the hot water longer it’s going to help a lot 👍🤘🏻
