- parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including the Philippines 🇵🇭,
- the rest of it is the international water,
- no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.

The Philippines must accept US help recognizing that alone cannot stand upholding the rule of law against China who is ignoring UNCLOS and international maritime laws.
The US should help the Philippines, escort resupply missions in Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone to avoid tensions escalating further into armed conflict. Amend MDT as needed to address current aggressive actions of China in WPS

The USA will help, but only after we loan lots and lots of their Military Hardware. Maybe to the point that they can easily command us.
If they want deterrence, they will do their activities and military training on international waters in the South China Sea, instead of doing it in the Pacific. And deploy and station maritime assets in Sabina shoal.
US can not simply do that, unless philippines ask
