Fun fact - Director David Lynch saw this video and contacted him and gave him a role in season 3 of Twin Peaks because he liked him so much
Hahaha no way !😮
Yup I watched it when it aired being a huge Peaks/Lynch fan and I couldn't beleive it when I first saw it, wondering how the hell this kid I saw on a RUclips video crossed paths with David lynch.
That's mad. Now I've got another reason to watch season 3 of twin peaks
But Twin Peaks was on in the 1990s
@@richardarcher3435 seasons 1 and 2 were in the 90's, season 3 came out in 2017
As a man who's lived my whole life in south west England, I can confirm our accent is half farmer and half pirate.
You guys just sound like happy drunks to me, it's the best. Up here on the manc borders we sound like baboons 😂
Yep, we definitely sound like that me mucker 😁
@@thatsthat2612 we are happy drunks... usually cider
@@lilydawnpippard625 cheers me babber
Pirates sound like they often do in movies mainly because of Robert Newton's Long John Silver in Treasure Island (1950)...
This was way funnier than im sure it was meant to be 🤣🤣
If you watch the mini-series 'John Adams' (President of the United States from 1797 to 1801) you will see that everyone from King George to the founding fathers are speaking with the West Country/Hot Fuzz accent aka the Sam Gamgee accent or Pirate accent. It is just the standard English (Americans didn't exist pre-1776) accent pre-industrial revolution. The only Americans who still have it are 'High Tiders' who live on the islands off the North Carolina coast.
There are about 40 plus accents just in England. Across the English speaking world it's way more.
corbyshire is the worst
That’s like saying there are 40 plus shades of blue.
No, not even close.
@@Uygkuyfkutfkytfkutfvyou must be new to our planet.
Welcome kiddo.
And not to be pedantic but there are millions of colours. There's definitely more than 40 shades of blue 🤡
Yes, but to be fair many are sufficiently similar to be hard to distinguish unless you are familiar with them so they get left out of a video like this. I'd struggle to distinguish a west Yorkshire accent from an east Yorkshire accent and I'm from the next county.
I remember watching this years back and remember thinking how fucking good it he was. He's still great, but I can definitely see where he needed improvements. A right good old classic though. I wonder where he is now. 😅
I met an American lady from the deep south who could get three syllables into the word "egg".
😂😂😂😂 I know exactly what that sounds like 🤣🤣
Ay-egg-ah
This guy actually made a much better updated version a few years later, you should definitely check that out
We swear quite alot here to be fair, we like to use it as emphasis
Okay I've only got as far as the 1st 2 accents and you've paused to crack up 😂😂😂 but as someone living in SW london those 2 accents are spot on and all I hear everyday 😅
Cameo appearance and the wee babe. didnt even see the update where you had the baby, congrats!
Great vid man, he has an newer/updated one that is 8 years old, it's his second most popular video, you should give that one a try and see if he has improved or gotten worse :D
Dude love it how you love the English there nuts 😅😅
"Fuckin' Ell Mate!"
Wow, that was good KB!
Great to see all 3 Boomers, thanks guys!
8:20 i'm from manchester and he hit the nail on the head
It's great to see your little baby. She's a beautiful thing. Congratulations to ye both. 🙂
He had a pinned a warning about the "taking the piss" in the 1st American accent that had accidentally slipped in there. This guy is a legend, most of these accents are for the most part quite accurate
He looks like he's sat in his mother shed so she doesn't hear him swearing & get him an ass whoopin
It was his Dad's shed...
I'm from Manchester and never heard anyone speak like that
The Scouse accent was off also
They were all crap 😂
@@KirkhamWesham 💯
You need to check out Gerald from Clarksons Farm if you want an accent…😂
8:58 "Aliens in Cardiff" I'm guessing is a joke on a show called Torchwood, which is a spinoff from Dr Who. Torchwood is based in Cardiff. So they're always dealing with aliens in Cardiff on that show.
the irish ones the type 1 sounded bit like northern irish accent and the type 2 sounded sort of like where im from Co Offaly well midlands
At the end as he wraps up is he doing David Beckham's voice ? 😁
Simplest way is the best. That sounds like your version of Occam's Razor, brought to you by William of Occam
Love that he did not attempt geordie 😅 noone can do it properly
Bristol and a bit of an jamican accent
Ooh I’m on time🤣
The 'aliens in Cardiff' may have been a reference to Torchwood (spin off of Doctor Who); but on the whole the international ones were probably better than the UK ones. Would have liked to see him try mine though (Black Country).
He did an updated video of this
Two Liverpool lads have joined the army after a month jimmy decides to write home to his mother, he turns around to his mate Bob and says how do you spell worrel? Bob says what are you writing, Jimmy says, dear mum can you send me a pair of boots worrel fit us, Bob reply’s no it’s Darrel fit us.
Princess Boomer wants in on the channel!
I’m from midlands a small place called Shirebrook and for example I can say can I have a chip cob they know. I can then go to Barnsley or Doncaster and ask for the same and they don’t know what I’m talking about and their only around 20 miles from me.
He is so good and a lot better than some on utube. Also, those 3 words that king boomer said at 5:18 were so spot on for london and the south east (where I'm from)
i notice he never did a new zealand accent - very few british people can do that well
Is it sorta, "Nu Zullund"?
For some reason K on the keyboard is the designated pause button on RUclips not spacebar, so if you want it to always pause then you have to press K
Fancy blaming princess Boomer for farting we all know it was Queen Boomer😂,Princess Boomer is gorgeous by the way❤❤🇬🇧🇬🇧
he looks like a young david beckham, and has the same accent so im assuming from essex.
6:11 That's what she said
Boy in a shed, I thought the thumbnail was little Kev from the Kersal Massive 🤣
I think you should play british West Country or Toff language tapes to your baby on repeat until she first speaks.
I love it if she grew up with an English accent after watching lots of British sitcoms! 😂
He has newer video. You should check that out!
59 accents
His seems to be attempting to replicate the accent of the dead zone between Brigadoon and North Kilttown
Man down coming back anytime soon you still have to meet bob.
Lol I've seen district 9 and then a South African joined our discord for gaming, I made him say "fucking prawn" like in the movie lol
5 was Lord of the Rings Samwise and Hot fuzz!
(west country/Cornwall)
Number 5 sounds a bit like Stephen merchant
for the pause... press K instead of space bar...
I thought I knew ALL the British accents till I listened to a Scottish fella from Glasgow once....I didnae hav a fekkin cley ( didn't have a f*****g clue ) what he was saying! Oh, I understood that bit cos that's easy, but I could not understand him. There's a book by the great great Irvine Welsh called 'Glue', and the first fifty pages or so are written in Edinburgh ( Not Edin-borrow! ) slang, and , Jesus! I struggled to understand this new language! And it was written down! In f*****g words! Got there in the end though....only just!
Lovely to see Princess Boomer. She’s so cute xx
His cockney accent is bang on
I’m one of them and that’s how we all talk
I live in Cornwall and the Plymouth accent that Queen Boomer thought was cute is about 80 miles from me, I would of said it sounds more Bristol than Plymouth.
I looooove seeing the baby!!!!
His welsh accent was bad, oh my god we don't sound like that at all lol. 🏴 Awww your baby is gorgeous. 😊
The little princess will be swearing like a trooper by she is two
Plymouth, West Country green army - where I am from is slightly exaggerated by him 😂
Good love seeing the baby ❤❤
Congratulations on baby princess guys 🎉
Love you too, but you know this.VOIDRAKER SAY'S YES.😅
Irish 2 was Pikey!
Awww! Baby Boomer 🎉
I don't know were Trainers came from as in the fifties and early sixties in GB we used call them Plimsolls.
Apparently it was in 1968 by Gola to describe a particular type of footwear that they produced. I'm no footwear expert though, so don't take my word for it.
@@JamesLMasonJesus, Gola. Now that is a blast from the past. Now that is a good memory.
When I hear the South African accent, I think of Harry Enfield the Pharmacist 😀
@10:24 owww Fwend, baby fwend 😂
Yes, "Hot Fuzz" was set in the West Country, so well done for recognising that accent! His accents are` good - not 100% spot on, but pretty close. BTW, Irish I was Northern Ireland, Irish II was from the Republic.
No, they're not
@@monkeytennis8861 they arent terrible
Scouse sounded more welsh to me there like but some of them were pretty accurate
P.s how's the Babs?
To do accents well you have to hold it across the whole piece. In his case, he was OK but certainly went 'off key' doing Manchester, Liverpool and Glaswegian Scottish. Ditto the 'general' American accent, and no doubt others as well.
I'm from Liverpool and his Scouse accent was absolutely shocking!
I haven't got an accent. You've got an accent :P
Very good but the Australian was a bit off in parts
Hi hope u 3 are doing well I can not what for you to watch the show called phone shop it is funny 🤣😂 hope you 3 have a good week and weekend
How many times are you going pause? Going for a ten hour video?
First things first. Baby comes first. Love the chance you Muppets 😉 ps swearing in Britain is really common.
Princess Boomer was exposed to some new words during the filming of this video 😂
Yeah you’re right, Hot Fuzz accent is West Country. Roll our R’s like you lot
i'm a Boomer Rizzles too ha ha ha
I was born and raised in Plymouth Queen boomer so it was cute that was not a Plymouth accent
the accents are bang on in nother accents and scottish more aggresive would sell it more Lik ethe lodoner )
hay princess from leeds west yorkshire , so cute xxx
His Scottish accent was balls I Scottish
Is this guy, Carl Pilkington's love child?
Not round-headed enough!
10:20 Hi Baby Boomer. 😚❤
😂👌🏻
He missed out a lot of British accents. Wales has many subtle variations, and north to south is quite distinct. In the UK it’s almost as if each county has its own. We moved to Hertfordshire 15 years ago and I’m just now picking up the Hertfordshire accent. When my dad was a boy in 1940s Manchester he could tell where someone was within a few streets.
There seems to be much ado going on before we get an accent
Princess Boomer - Video Editor in Training and soon to be influencer and TikTok star.
Remember this video , I made a comment saying Scottish accent was wrong, I think he replied back telling me to p**s off. 😅
Your kids first words are going to be 20 languages lol
your uk food tests are not complete until you have tryed a galaxy ripple
its like alot like a flake ok
youtube changed pause to the K key
What a Beautful Baby :)
It all adds up. Our friend says "92" in his name and this was made 13 years ago in 2010 so he would have been 18 years old here.
He did a follow-up with FIFTY-NINE accents😀
If you want to hear a proper Scouse accent, watch a video of a comedian called Paul Smith (although you might need subtitles). He's brutal with his comedy and just absolutely roasts everyone in the front row 🙈
I used to absolutely love watching Paul Smith but had watched all his vids and stopped watching during lockdown as there were no new ones. I used to have a playlist with almost 100 vids and used to listen to them to go to sleep. Now though, I like watching clips on RUclips Shorts of him so will have to get back into watching him again.
@@tiffany-rosecooper2650 He's been touring again recently, so there's plenty of new material to watch. Check one called Paul Smith| Too far ...its absolutely brutal 🙈
The Bristol accent is the "pirate accent", i believe Blackbeard himself was from Bristol
From The Clifton Area...
That laugh so cute 😊
hi boomers can you watch "little Britain, i love you more than" they are hilarious sketches 😆.
Can this guy only do accents when they are angry?
Mel Gibson scottish accent
Good spot with regards to Hot Fuzz. That was what he was going for with the West Country accent.
Number 3 and 4 are the wrong way round.
Any label of Scottish will always be an attempt at Glaswegian.
