Awesome!!! It's not a cure-all for everyone for everything. My buddy has been carnivore for a couple years. He decide to stop taking his allo (gout meds) and within a couple of weeks he had a gout attack. Maybe if he stopped taking it completely things would eventually even out for him but he wasn't willing to take the chance.
I went from keto to carnivore and within a week had a gout attack... I went back to keto.
FYI I can go two years without a gout attack on keto.
What's KEY is to have your serum uric acid level tested (blood test) a couple times a year. Since you have a history of gout you need to get your UA levels to 6 mg/dl or lower. Just because you aren't having gout attacks does NOT you are necessarily "cured" of hyperuricemia (elevated uric acid in the blood, typically due to kidneys not eliminating enough). This is what's behind the gout and this can lead to other issues if not handled. If your serum uric acid is > 6 mg/dl as a prior gout sufferer then you have elevated uric acid levels.

My health issues were endless. My body was screaming for meat. When I finally did 4 years ago, my legs felt better instantly. My husband didn't have to rub my legs so i could fall asleep. Eating meat gets rid of nutrient deficiencies (from a bad diet) because it does carry a lot of different nutrients. Vegan is easy to have nutrient deficiencies since you have to eat so many different types of foods and supplements but once you start doing it right it’s easier. Eating meat is the easy way out and nothing easy comes with reward, meats bad qualities have long term affects like cancer from acidic protein and heart disease from saturated fat but people want to hear the easy way.

Humans/inorganic beings = Arabs, Asian, Caucasian. These are the ones that must eat meat as their dna is mixed with many animals, if you studied, biology, chemistry, physics, genetics, and astrology you would see that melinated people are supposed to consume 90% fruits and 10% vegetables, as their dna is connected to the sun, the stars, and most importantly nature. Hence melanin being one of the most valuable resources on the planet. How are they getting this melanin you ask? Taking it by force. Melinated people have God dna 🧬. Don’t be callin me a liar, don’t be in your feelings, don’t be talking nonsense unless you’ve done the necessary research on the eukaryotic cell. Either way the sun is separating us from all inorganic life on the planet, using a healing wavelength, but due to your bodies being inorganic, you will die from this exposure, and no you can’t hide from the sun, it’s rays penetrate deep into earth. no longer will they live peacefully over top of the physical and psychological destruction of our people. Already on the fourth morning after starting carniovore, I woke up completely pain-free, something I hadn't experienced in decades. Here in Finland, the official recommendations are the ones that cannot be questioned. That's why I can't and don't dare to recommend carniovore, because I want to stay in harmony with my family.

Although these compounds are found in meat, some of these compounds Bryan Johnson for example is getting more of than the heaviest meat eaters, coq10 for example, if only takes coq10 100mg and the absorption by the human body is around 5mg, a carnivore would have to eat heart meat (highest source) 500gm daily to get the same 5mg absorption, nmn cant be found in animal foods really, Ca-AKG: From a 1500mg supplement, the body may absorb around 375mg. To obtain this amount from a carnivore diet, you would need to consume about 100 grams of cartilage-rich animal parts or bone broth.OR shellfish exoskeleton 3gms.
Glycine: From a 3-gram supplement, the body would absorb around 2.4 grams. To obtain a similar amount from a carnivore diet, you could consume about 100 grams of pork rinds, which are rich in glycine.
Omega-3 fatty acids: From a 1000mg supplement, the body may absorb around 300-400mg of EPA and DHA. To get a similar amount from a carnivore diet, you would need to eat fatty fish like salmon or mackerel, but the specific amount would depend on the fish's omega-3 content.
In order to get the same or similar amount as Johnson, you would have to eat a lot of specific foods and some like nmn you cannot get, lycopene, resveratrol, garlic, turmeric you also dontt get on a pure carnivore diet

IF they were as active as you, nearer to your age, and as metabolically flexible/adaptive as you, one could better handle a glycemic load from fruit carbohydrates such as you do. You MUST verbalize this distinction for the masses of people (jeez and their pets too) who are unwell presently, in order to transition to your current recommendations. Remember you were strict carnivore for a significant period of time before you made adjustments because of your electrolyte issues. You're right about Paul's age. He is young and his strict carnivore lifestyle before he added back carbs is likely still paying dividends. Afterall, vegans can go years before veganism catches up with them since they have stores which don't get depleted overnight. The carbs Paul eats may catch up with him however just as veganism catches up with vegans. He may have had electrolyte issues not because of lack of carbs but lack of drinking from rivers and ponds. Ancient people didn't have municipal water. They drank electrolytes and minerals in their local watering holes. Carnivores can benefit from supplemental minerals/electrolytes for this reason. Other carnivore doctors don't support Paul's return to carbs/fruit/sugars. Professor Bart Kay speaks of the "Randle cycle" which will catch up with Paul.

I like a lot of the stuff Paul says, but tbh a lot of what he says is also biased or lacking proper background information. The taurine study on rats for instance, was done on 1000 mg per kilogram of weight, that is an insane amount of taurine. 1 pound of beef has only 293 mg. of taurine, no way you could eat enough meat to get 1000 mg/kg of body weight. So using this study recommend eating red meat is disingenuous.
Also, the epidemiological studies on vegetarian diet and life expectancy is mixed. Many of them show vegetarians have lower risk of mortality and higher life expectancy, so it's biased to only show 1 side of those studies.
At minimum, what Paul's studies are showing is that meat provide no additional health benefits, because people who don't eat it live just as long or even longer according to studies. Never seen 1 study showing that eating more vegetables increases risk for mortality or reduces life expectancy, the same cannot be said for red meat.
I personally believe, that everybody is unique, a diet that works for 1 may not work for others. Paul didn't do well on carnivore, others are. Paul didn't do well on keto, others do. Paul didn't do good on a vegan diet, others do. There are 90+ year old vegans that been eating that way for decades, can't say the same for carnivore.
If this diet works for him and others, I see no problems with that, but if you gonna show data on vegetarians, show the entire picture, not just cherry picking data to confirm your biases, which is deceptive.

Naturally you cant get those nutrients on carnivore or vegan diet, or any diet, the point is to go above diet to try to hack your longevity potential, nature wants you dead, the idea is to trick nature, eating a normal diet could make you healthy but that's as far as it goes

You don't NEED to take that many supplements ,dude. There are certain things like CO Q 10 , that isn't readily available in food. It's there but you would have to eat an insane amount of something to get what a supplement gives you. You cannot get gluathione, alpha lipoic acid etc. Colostrum Paul should like. It's just a food from a newborn calf. Humans have it but not in amounts you need it. So, lots of stuff help. Even natural anti- virals

Thank you very much for this podcast. One of the main arguments for reducing meat consumption is that it promotes the development of colon cancer. More precisely, it's the activation of the M TOR protein by certain amino acids, particularly methionine, that promotes colon cancer. But beef muscle contains a lot of methionine. One solution would be to supplement with L-glycine, which is also an amino acid that counteracts the harmful effect of methionine. This problem doesn't exist when you consume the whole animal (tendons, cartilage) because the ratio between the quantity of Methionine and Glycine balances out, hence the interest in beef broth. I'd love to hear your opinion on this point, and thank you again for all you do.

Sun is exposing the truth QUICK.

🐮 is our friend. I will keep consuming this 🐮 because of the happy goodness that is given. As a child I despised the veggies that I was given to eat. I would sneak into the fridge and eat raw ground beef every chance I got. But then I got into trouble. This was the late 60's when eating raw ground beef was ok because it was all grass fed. The times that I got liver I could not stand the taste because it was cooked way too long. Now, I am going to put this precious organ back in my menu and if the taste is not tolerated then I will grind it up and mix it in with grounds that I have whether beef, elk or venison. I appreciate this video very much and have learned a lot from it. Thank you Paul.

Hi Doc, thanks you for your work. I'm very new to this but I'm gathering as much info as I can ( tomorrow will be my 1st week on carnivore) and you are one of the great resources I found, so thanks again.
Now being blunt I have to say that on looks alone you seem to have age in the face this last year, I would say from around your talk with Thomas Delauer, you've had the smoothest skin and could be taken for an early 30 yr old, as up to know where it seems that you are making more you're age, especially around the eyes and cheeks, which begs me to ask if you have changed anything since then or are you perhaps putting way more work than before?
Also about you're re-introducing of better carbs in your diet, for muscle soreness and energy crash issues (due to insulin resistance I believe) it seems that you are very up-tempo, when all the pure animal product people are getting quieter as you see them going with this diet, not that they don't have energy to do stuff but it seems like some form of contentment settling in, which we don't see often in this rat race of a market world.
So I was wandering if you noticed this with yourself before re-introducing carbs? or you where as up-beat then?
    Thank you again

I think you should do a video dedicated to mindset and mental health when someone is starting out with this lifestyle change. It's a big deal for most people and it's not always met with hope especially if they have terrible support around them. People might meet the diet with a restricted limited mindset of being unsatisfied especially if they are starting from a rough point and don't have a lot of wins to begin with. It's hard to put yourself in the shoes of someone like that, but I guess you used to be a fat pale vegan so you have your own experience. It's weird to me that people wouldn't feel anything but joy eat meat, fat, fruit, and enjoying the sunshine, but it is actually hard for people especially when body is detoxing and they are going through die-off symptoms & everything is fresh and new. It's crazy to me that people think trash food is "the good stuff". I think it would be helpful if you did a video sort of around perception. People can still get a nice dopamine fix from some organic raw cheese and some frsh organic blueberries, so good, hot juicy steak. It's like they have to go through mourning their old life to get over that mountain. Personally I don't think doing strictly lion's, only meat is a good idea for starting out. Also if you don't already maybe stress the importance of types of water and why. In the beginning when you are ridding self of toxic trash it's overwhelming, but once over that mountain it's like everything is so simple and clean. Also I didn't realize people actually thought nutrition facts were ingredients labels. It's not about the so cleverly labeled facts, it's about what is actually in it

@@Brukner841 : not really, I have lived in Cambodia and Kenya where families keep their own cows that eat the grass in the many fields around their home and pretty much all of the Cambodian beef is organic and grass-fed as god intended. In the West we seem to over-analyze and over-engineer and denature things in the name of progress and then slap a premium price of stuff that should be our birthright. It depends on what country you live in and ironically it’s the more developing countries on this planet that are more in tune with nature. It is actually the mono-crop industry such as the rapeseed, sunflower, and various other crops that take up masses of land that are sprayed heavily, which is why there is an agenda to push it all on us because that’s where the money is, so they push the plant-based agenda on us. A field left laying fallow with cows roaming on it supports much more biodiversity and locks in much more nutrients from the cow’s manure than any mono-crop field. The problem is we are overpopulated and too reliant on industrial urban systems to even know what it is like to own a cow a plot of land have a pond and a veg patch, instead, we are hyper-industrialized and the elites invent ways to tax and fool us further. At least we can share different opinions still.

He has a podcast with Sally Norton that talks about oxalate and which foods are high/low therein. I'd start there! 😊
typically, a fruit with tons of seeds you ingest (like a strawberry) is high oxalate, and those without a bunch of seeds (like a banana) are low oxalate. For me, the only veggies I go for are in the cabbage family, but only rarely do I eat them. Other than that, if you need a veggie fix, opt for the "fruit veggies" like squash, cucumber, zucchini, etc. 👋
