This is one of the nicest mid 2000 affordable boats I've seen. Always amazed at how many unique layouts can be found in boats of this era. Feel like layouts in new boats are all the same across most manufacturers
I agree. Many new boats of this size also does not have nearly as much space because they have the traditional aft cockpit and flybridge design, while this has an aft cabin and aft deck.
Funny when 15 years ago (or so) is another era. But, yeah, that is probably true.
I’d say that’s almost a bargain!

Lovely boat James .. the layout is amazing , looks bigger then a 60ft . Very noisy though , seems like the engine room sound insulation has been done poorly .. I am a massive fan of Pearl yachts especially the 95 , I think it's a leader in its class ..

Skippered one of these across the Irish sea to Malahide , hit some nasty stuff and she handled really well , no slaming , very sure footed, felt really solid .
