I'm ashamed I didn't know this piece. It's like a mini 3rd movement of La Catedral in e minor. Amazing. A new piece to learn in 2024!

I can't believe I just discovered this one, too. I've spent a good couple of hours figuring out the fingerings......trickier than it looks! Bravo, Matthew!

One of my teachers used to underate this study as 'just a study for La Catedral' - in hindsight, this piece although welcome as a study to assist students in similar techniques is a piece all to it's own as well. Why wouldn't the composer have written this in the same key and time signature? There are other aesthetic reasons too.
