Looks like a Guild Aristocrat with a few mods. But the headstock is the old Guild one. It also looks like a 1969 Guild Artist Award. It must be rare or modified, but it's certainly quite expensive. You won't see a lot of these !

Well the guitar sound and patterns are very Cramps-like, but rock n roll is a derivative art form (Poison Ivy stole her sound from early Surf guitar songs). And the Cramps didn't have as good songs as Juniore imo. Love n Peace Comrades.
