I like how you did the other selection, that way you can just do a W9 and request a check from your Broker to be ready for walkthrough or to wire funds if thats allowed to the other agent

Some Brokers pay you promptly, others make you wait. Just make sure to receive your brokerage's commission check upon the final-walk through or sooner. So once the property lease begins, you can have your Broker deposit the check, and hopefully they pay you much sooner than later.
