Tire Install on 12 Bolt Rim

- The process to install a tire on your 12 or 24 Bolt HMMWV wheel or our new M37 wheel is the same. The only thing that changes is the number of bolts, or studs, that hold the two rim halves together.
As you can see it's a very simple process with no real special tools needed. If not running the optional internal bead lock having access to a cheata style air tank does help, or starting fluid if you like to play with fire.
Pictured here is one of our new production M37 rims with the 12 bolts. Also available in the 24 bolt configuration of the Load Range D, equally spaced studs, or Load Range E, paired type studs.
So what size of tires can you fit to those wheels and have the turn clearance needed under a stock 1954 M37 truck?

Hi, I noticed you didn't install the run flat, don't you need the run flat (with the bead locker) to hold the tire against the rim? I have 24 bolt rims on my M1097a2, can I get away with not using my run flats? Also, can I use those balancing balls with my run flats if I have to have it in my tire? Thanks
Run flat isn't necessary as long as you aren't airing down your tires. Balance beads won't work with the run flat because of the lube.
@@MVPartStore Thanks for the quick reply.
These rims are no longer available at this time. We are offering an adapter plate only. mvpartstore.com/products/m37_adapter_plate
What balance beads are you using
We use a product called Magnum.
Do you sell them ? I’m looking to put H1 24bolt wheels and 37’s on my F350
