Hi, I was wondering for example how you can calculate this if you want to dilute a loading dye concentration (lets say 6x or use your example 50x) and know the final volume of DNA sample has to be 10 uL plus the amount of loading dye (V2)? but you do not know the amount of loading dye yet which is V1.
