The woman who owned Animal House sickens and disgusts me. It's sick and disgusting and heartless, the state she has allowed the exotics to live in, and it's sick and disgusting heartless how she fed them. I'm so glad you and other rescues were able to get some animals out of there, and I sincerely hope the rest of the animals still there are able to be rescued and given good lives. My heart breaks for the leopard that succumbed to its untreated injury. Unacceptable that no one at the government level would/could do anything for the animals before now!
GUYS. *The woman in this video showing the Big Cat peeps around is NOT the owner that subjected them to all the horrendous abuse!!!* The video says she was the caregiver and she talks about the owner a few times in the video! She was probably the one who called the police on the psycho keeping them and only stayed out of concern for their wellbeing. She obviously loves these animals and was very happy to see them finally getting the care they deserved. STOP INSULTING HER AND MAKING HER SEEM LIKE THE BAD GUY WHEN NONE OF THIS WAS HER DOING.
Stout Shako yea that’s what I was thinking... she’s kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place considering she’s a caretaker without resources to adequately care for the animals
I’m so sad by all the animals lost to this place: big cats, small cats, and dogs. All these animals that suffered unnecessarily. But I’m glad that these ones were saved and will have a loving place to be. They deserve the best.
It just absolutely horrifies me that some people have the heart to treat animals like garbage, there is no excuse for this kind of cruelty to any animal what so ever, not just cats. What disturbed me the most about this situation aside from her feeding them live cats and dogs, is that the vet didn't bother to come back and check on that leopard, which died from Sepsis which absolutely heartbreaking, that woman deserves to be put in prison for life and be treated the same way as she treated those innocent animals, so she could feel the pain and misery that they went through. But, I am soo glad that you guys managed to save some of the animals, you guys are the best when it comes to saving and helping animals.
Not only was Mickey and the others in such horrid , neglected condition but the piece of trash was feeding cats and dogs left there to them? Thanking the heavens that people and facilities like Big cat rescue exist!!!!
This is just horrific. The woman responsible should be taken and fed to wild animals. Alligators are particularly vicious. Then we'll see how she feels about not only live feeding but being helpless and in pain.
All very good ideas & suggestions!! I'm impressed!! My vote goes to a Polar bear or a Brown bear, AKA Grizzly bear!! These two species of bears are ruthless, vicious hunters/killers!! Throw the POS in a cage with a hungry & angry predator bear who would rip her limb from limb!!
I just have to say the work y'all do is truly inspiring. Every Time I watch one of the rescue videos I start crying. I just can't even begin to understand how some people think keeping and treating animals like that is okay. It's horrific. It makes me feel a lot better knowing that the animals in y'alls care are loved and treated how they should be treated.
This made me cry. I'm both sad and sickened by everything I saw in the beginning but also grateful that BCR exists. Thank you to everyone who makes a better life for these beautiful animals.
This made me cry. How can people be like that and why are they allowed to have these animals. Thank you Big Cat Rescue for all you do. I will be visiting you soon and look forward to seeing Mickey.
This made me cry. I don't know how people can do this to such beautiful creatures. Thank goodness for other people like you. Thank you for the work that you do, and the persistence you have in helping these animals
the conditions these beautiful creatures have endured is deplorable! It rips my heart out. Thank you Wild Cat Rescue for wgat you do for these fantastic animals. Don't stop!
This video had me crying. Seeing those beautiful animals in such poor conditions is extremely upsetting. Knowing big cat rescue is out there (as well as other legitimate rescue groups) jumping through hoops to make sure these animals can have a good quality of life gives me a heart warming feeling. Love these videos as well as the silly ones
Yes indeed they would've had to hold me back cause I would've snatched that bitch up and kicked her sorry, pathetic ass from one end of that place to the other!!!!
Made me so sad to see the animals in Alabama suffer. But you guys are so amazing helping them. I hope Mickey has a happy life at BCR and his pain is put away. You guys are amazing, I hope to be an intern when I get older!
I don't know how to praise you enough for being able to go into a horrible situation like that, and be polite and professional with the owner, seeing all the abuse and the sickening conditions, and get your cat or cats out and take them home. I'm so glad the cats have people like you to rescue them.
Now, this October, Mickey has passed over the Rainbow Bridge. It was heartbreaking to watch the video and know the horrors poor Mickey went through. You guys did everything you could to make his life as comfortable as possible, even though in the end, there would only be sadness. Fortunately, Mickey passed on peacefully, surrounded by people who loved him and cared for him, and in the end, he had to know there was still some goodness in the world, in humans. Thank you for giving dear Mickey a second chance to live. Now, alongside my favorite sweet Narla, Mickey is free over the Rainbow Bridge, and I'm sure he's saying thank you to all of you for your love and kindness.
Everytime I watch this, I almost cry looking at the leopard, that it was in such agony and to see the video is horrifying. Theyre saying they know they know, and I can''t even believe that they would, I don't even have the words. Just to watch, I wished it had someone to look out for it or care for it. So happy bigcat rescue and wildcat sanctuary and other sanctuaries are trying to help them. I hope all the animals find a good home. I have donated and have spread the word of amazing places like these. I hope private owners will be stopped in the future or laws be changed. Thank you big cat for helping, you are an amazing organization and i hope more people will be inspired by your actions to help put a stop to this
Couldn't help but cry as I watched... Those poor animals. I hope Mickey continues to recover and achieves the best quality of life he can for the rest of his years!
I had to come back to this.. Mickey really touched my heart, and I so wanted the chance to see him before he passed. This makes me so grateful to ya'll for not giving up on him; such a strong little man. Those poor animals, and that sweet leopard. 🌹🌹
omg a live Doberman? dobies are my favorite dogs and it hurts to hear someone made it fight for his life and also the ordeals that these big cats (and bear) has had to go through. absolutely heart wrenching :(
As if the exotics' conditions weren't horrific enough, she took in domestic animals to FEED to them?!! I don't know if I feel worse for the leopard or the doberman in that scenario. Also, real nice how she just casually smokes throughout her walk-through. Not like any of those acres of brush could catch fire...
Yeah that woman is a real lowlife creep!!! Besides everything else she had great cats, powerful animals that can JUMP in cages with NO TOPS!! How one of the cats didn't jump out and go on some sort of a spree in the neighborhood and end up killing someone or a pet/pets and then get put down by police or a homeowner I'll never understand!! Putting those powerful or once powerful animals in a situation where they could escape and hurt or kill someone/something & then get shot down & killed was another way in the long list of ways in which this foul, vile, disgusting person put those cats in harms way!!
Thank you for your dedication to these beautiful animals. You are doing things so many people can't do. I would absolutely love to volunteer and possibly someday work at a rescue like yous, but unfortunately it doesn't appear that there are any very close to where I live in Michigan. Thank you again for everything you do.
I have been following Big Cat Rescue's activities for over a year now and I must say, it's on my bucket list to visit their location! Should I ever win the lottery or obtain a good sum of money, I'll definitely be donating to help their noble and righteous cause. It's the best thing anyone can do for a formerly abused animal to take it into the best possible care and let them live out the rest of their lives in peace. I am in graphic arts college, and I even did a newsletter project based on BCR's aspirations/intentions and to help teach the public about the abuse of circuses, pay to play booths, etc. when it comes to big cats, as well as how white tigers are not a species, but a form of abusive inbreeding. THANK YOU BCR, for everything you work so hard for. You make the world a better place for people AND animals.
I'm glad most of the animals have already found new homes. I'm also happy you got Mickey out of there and now he has people around hi with knowledge and WILL to give him the life he deserves. Thank you
i swear if it weren't for you people at BCR my faith in humanity would be in the negatives. thank you so very much for not only saving these animals but for reminding me there are kind people out there.
It's always reassuring to see a big cat rescue worker with two prosthetic arms 😩😩 All jokes aside; these conditions are beyond deplorable, and so many states simply lack the proper laws surrounding exotic pet ownership and breeding. If you can't donate, perhaps a call or contact with your local legislators is something you can do. Keep up the TREMENDOUS work you do BigCatRescue 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻
The man missing his arms was not from Big Cat Rescue. He was a worker at the facility we rescued Mickey from. Thank you for watching and for your support!
I'm in tears. Thank you SO much for everything you do for these animals. I cannot believe law enforcement refused to get involve. You can see the relief in these animals' eyes when they realize they are being saved. Were the previous owners punished?
To see such a beautiful animal treated like that brings tears to my eyes. I don't understand how people can be so cruel. I don't know the situation of the former owner, but, they must have realized there are places that could better care for these animals. Of course, the fact that she fed donated animals to them says a lot about her compassion.
Ive been watching bcr videos for a while now, hope this is the worst rescue video. I dont think I can watch something like this again. I cant express how much I loathe the owner. Mickey's the one that made me tear up, such strong spirit though the suffering. Thanks to all the rescuers. And thanks to everyone who's involved in taking care of the cats.
All I can say is thank you for stepping up and doing the best you can for such beautiful and majestic creatures. Seeing the horrific conditions these poor animals were in tore my heart apart. It is unimaginable.
The amount of effort that went into Mickey's rescue was enormous. Thank you BCR!!!!!! Hope to get updates on Mickey as we go along (I have seen the other clips on him). This story of abuse and malice was just horrific - isn't there a law against feeding surrendered LIVE animals to others??
I'm always reminded of Cleveland Amory when I watch these videos, and the Black Beauty Ranch that he founded, named after the book, and the quote: "I shall never be sold, and so I have nothing to fear; and here my story ends. My troubles are all over, and I am at home; and often before I am quite awake, I fancy I am still in the orchard at Birtwick, standing with my old friends under the apple-trees."
You guys are amazing. I'm so glad there are people like you out there, helping animals that can't help themselves. The owner of the property should be in prison. Despicable woman.
I have so much respect for the people at Big Cat Rescue in situations like this. The strength and compassion and skills needed to interact with people capable of such cruelty to animals, and actually get them to coöperate and surrender the animals to you is enormous. Just one look at the comments will tell you that most people immediately go towards the "an eye for an eye" reaction, and wanting to hurt upon the previous owner (which is understandable, I too have felt like that sometimes, because this stuff makes me so angry). But you guys can keep your cool and interact with these people and get them to do what is best. And that means treating cruel people like this as human beings and interacting with them. I couldn't do it I think. But I am so glad and proud there are people like you guys here who have the amazing capabilities to deal with situations like this, And I hope you are capable to rescue them all, until there are non left suffering at the hands of humans!
This is so touching. It is really amazing how you guys work hard to help these neglected and abused animals, Mickeys story really touched me. Me personally adopt small domestic animals that are considered "broken" like blind rats. Thank you for your great job! BCR inspires us.
i seem to be the local stray cat "ones who need some extra help and love" stop. (first full-time was FeLeuk+, second were hand-me-downs when a friend moved out one of whom was "it's january shoot her up with the good allergy meds again" one who developed diabetes but got a lot of quality time before then, my current mama calico was a BREEZE to win over compared to her orange tabby boy who is now the cuddliest bb i've ever had and usually naps with me....)
I nearly cried when I saw what poor conditions he was living in. No animal should be put through that. I mean I get sad when I go to the pound and see all the animals in kennals, paws reaching out for attention. I wish I was closer to where you people work so I can help cats like him live better
I would have removed that women permanently if I knew of that situation. My mind wants to explode hearing this story! Humans utter lack of personal responsibility towards nature Is out of control.
as somebody who has a trick kneecap (that isn't surgically fixable) and a mama who's had to have bone spurs shaved down, i was very "go mickey!" about his and am glad to hear that his legs healed up enough to work reasonably well. (also played high school sports with a bunch of folks who tore ACLs. knee injuries pretty much suck whether you have four paws or two feet it's just a little easier to understand what's going on if you're a person.)
Honestly I have so much respect for you that you can be civil and talk with these disgusting people to make a deal and rescue these animals - I wouldn't be able to control my anger around them
I never saw this story before. I'm glad this woman got caught. How absolutely horrible such a thing happened. Peace to all the poor animals who suffered at her hands.
What dreadful cruelty keeping these animals in. What kind of mentality do these people have. They need to be prosecuted and never allowed to keep an animal again. Lucky that Big Cat Rescue worked to hard to get the animals that were left out of that hell hole. Poor creatures. Thank you to Big Cat Rescue. 💜
I don't understand this... WHAT IS WITH THE DISLIKES!? This is a happy video on rescuing animals but why is this disliked by 18 people? I don't understand.
"Feed a live doberman to the leopard" Where do these ignorant people get those lovely creatures. Isn't there a procedure they should follow? In my country we have a list of animals we're allowed the keep as pets and other animals you have to follow a special procedure. The judge (assisted by a professional, vet, zookeeper / someone with enough knowledge) decides if you're allowed to own any of those exotic animals before you actually buy them.
Appalling situation, words aren't enough are they? The person responsible for this hellhole deserves to rot there herself. RIP all the souls who suffered here & hope those rescued enjoy the rest of their innocent lives & know nothing but love & the best of care from now on.
Absolutely heartbreaking. I wish so much I could have been there to help. It was very painful to read that the leopard had died. I'm glad she surrendered her animals but I really hope she regrets what she has done to such amazing creatures. Truly saddening but it's so relieving to see this Cougar in your hands, it could not have gone anyone better that much I'm sure. :)
I grew up on farms in NH. an Me. We had several rescue wild cats over the years. We had built several cages but this is just terrible. Nothing smaller than half a acre for one cat like these. That poor puma needs some food and Dr help. He can barely stand sad. I had the chance to care for a puma rescue for 13 years I miss that cat so much.

Alex Green yup, and I hope people do and not just saying I would like to help just to make themself feel better....
Mickey has since passed away. Rest in heaven big guy......we all miss you.

MagicsMommyForever WHAT HE DIE!
@@jazzynikky9419yea he was an old guy
The vet didn't know though...did she?
Not only was Mickey and the others in such horrid , neglected condition but the piece of trash was feeding cats and dogs left there to them? Thanking the heavens that people and facilities like Big cat rescue exist!!!!
Okay, that is appalling. >:-(
This is just horrific. The woman responsible should be taken and fed to wild animals. Alligators are particularly vicious. Then we'll see how she feels about not only live feeding but being helpless and in pain.
Hyenas. Serve her to something that will eat her alive,..,and slowly.
African wild dogs have also been known to eat prey alive, so they would work too.
+Silver EnderFox i got something better how about feel the woman to a bull shark they know to attack and kill people.
@@phyllisruthmick5391, better yet. Put her in a cage with an angry infantryman who loves cats.
These people should be brought up on animal neglect and cruelty charges. Thank you so much for rescuing mickey.
Thank you for watching!
+Addie Hazen Thank you for your support.
Don't stop!
You guys rock, thank you for saving the cats and caring for them
Thank you BCR, FOR GIVING MICKEY A CHANCE AT LIFE BEFORE HE PASSED, MICKEY WAS MY FAVORITE MOUNTAIN LION
Also wondering-did that poor little black bear ever find a new home?
Mary H I do think every animal there was rescued.
Big Cat Rescue did you rescue it or do you not do bears
@@archieoutdoors3340 Maybe Tigers for Tomorrow rescued the bears since they take in bears
What a beautiful Cougar! Best of luck in his recovery
Oh thank goodness he's safe now and is getting the proper care and love. Thank you big cat rescue for all you doctor those who can't do it themselves
Man you need to have patience of steel to deal with such owner. I would probably flip about the Leopards death and pets being a meal.
We have to remain calm and level headed during rescues because we do not want the owner to take the cat back from us that we are rescuing.
Understandable, that's why you have my utmost respect!
1515ben1 they can renege before they fully relocate
MovieMakerMax i agree I would have flipped my shit but deep respect for have level heads to save micky
The poor animals they didn’t choose this why did they have to suffer thank you for saving them they deserve so much more
Thank you for watching!
You all are amazing people. I applaud you for rescuing Mickey and all the other big cats you've given a better life to!
Awwww makes the heart melt. So endearing to hear such loving words. 8:37........Knobead.......WOW!
Bless you rescuers for getting these poor cats out of that hellhole.
omg a live Doberman? dobies are my favorite dogs and it hurts to hear someone made it fight for his life and also the ordeals that these big cats (and bear) has had to go through. absolutely heart wrenching :(
As if the exotics' conditions weren't horrific enough, she took in domestic animals to FEED to them?!! I don't know if I feel worse for the leopard or the doberman in that scenario.
Also, real nice how she just casually smokes throughout her walk-through. Not like any of those acres of brush could catch fire...
the person in the video was a keeper, not the owner. the owner obviously didnt want to show her face.
Mickey is SO lucky that BCR saved him. You guys are true heroes!
I'm glad most of the animals have already found new homes. I'm also happy you got Mickey out of there and now he has people around hi with knowledge and WILL to give him the life he deserves. Thank you
I am glad you are helping saving these majestic animals tyvm
i swear if it weren't for you people at BCR my faith in humanity would be in the negatives. thank you so very much for not only saving these animals but for reminding me there are kind people out there.
Thank you for watching!
+Leland Lewis This is how Mickey is doing since his rescue. ruclips.net/video/xZdoGk5_sI4/видео.html
I went through and watched all of his vids. Great to see him playful and walking again.
This enrages me! How could you stand by and watch these animals suffer in these conditions?
Thank goodness for Bif Cat Rescue! I love what you do.
Thank you for your support!
Thank you for watching!
My deepest respect to people like you guys
I'm always reminded of Cleveland Amory when I watch these videos, and the Black Beauty Ranch that he founded, named after the book, and the quote: "I shall never be sold, and so I have nothing to fear; and here my story ends. My troubles are all over, and I am at home; and often before I am quite awake, I fancy I am still in the orchard at Birtwick, standing with my old friends under the apple-trees."
Nice to see you guys do something for a good cause.
Big Kudos to all of you doing this divine work.
You are all blessings from the Divine! Thank you for helping those that cannot help themselves.
I thank god there are organizations like you!!❤
Much love'n
wow wishing Mickey all the best hopefully he will heal now that he is in a healthy habitat ....
You are amazing BCR! Keep the amazing work!
I would have removed that women permanently if I knew of that situation. My mind wants to explode hearing this story! Humans utter lack of personal responsibility towards nature Is out of control.
Poor little man. Thank you for all that you do!
Thank you for watching our videos!
as somebody who has a trick kneecap (that isn't surgically fixable) and a mama who's had to have bone spurs shaved down, i was very "go mickey!" about his and am glad to hear that his legs healed up enough to work reasonably well.
(also played high school sports with a bunch of folks who tore ACLs. knee injuries pretty much suck whether you have four paws or two feet it's just a little easier to understand what's going on if you're a person.)
You guys are absolutely amazing thank u😫🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕
Thank you you guys did wonderful job i hope u can rescue all those animal in that backyard bless all of u
When he woke up from his sedation, he looked so funny!
I know...he was like Hello? WTF?
What dreadful cruelty keeping these animals in. What kind of mentality do these people have. They need to be prosecuted and never allowed to keep an animal again. Lucky that Big Cat Rescue worked to hard to get the animals that were left out of that hell hole. Poor creatures. Thank you to Big Cat Rescue. 💜
You guys are angels!!!
Thank you for all of your hard work.
I love Cougars but I study them in school. LOVE EVERY BIG CAT SO DARN CUUUUUUUUUTE!!!!!!!!!!
God bless having prayer for you'll.
I don't understand this... WHAT IS WITH THE DISLIKES!? This is a happy video on rescuing animals but why is this disliked by 18 people? I don't understand.
Google has this thing installed so that videos get dislikes to make it more "far" to smaller youtubers
What does that mean?
Did the owner of this facility at least get fined? I guess jail time in her own facilities is out of the question. Does she have any animals left?
Rescue groups are still trying to get 2 tigers, 2 bears, a bunch of wolves and a garage full of lemurs away from her to safety.
Big Cat Rescue A garage full of lemurs?! I can't believe people are allowed to do this.
Alianknight all creatures are lovely.
Big Cat Rescue can you make a petition to get them all out and we can all sign it?
Mickey is one of my favorite cats in Big Cat Rescue!
I really enjoyed this longer video that showed the rescue process in depth. I hope you guys will be able to do more videos like this.
Appalling situation, words aren't enough are they? The person responsible for this hellhole deserves to rot there herself.
RIP all the souls who suffered here & hope those rescued enjoy the rest of their innocent lives & know nothing but love & the best of care from now on.
I have made a donation, but I vowed to do it monthly to help support any little I can. Please keep up the great work and help out these beautiful cats
Wow you are so kind!
Thank you so much for all that you do!
I love how everyone puts these beautiful animals lives before there own
Absolutely heartbreaking.

God bless you guys and everyone else who took those animals in. 😊
Poor leopard he was so cute and the dumb owner,it was so visible that he was in pain and suffering rest in peace cute leopard who deserved to live.Edit: good job big cat rescue for helping the cats you did an amazing thing.
