- The temperatures are going up, and this weeks farmers market will be a scorcher. It always complicates the harvesting when you do it during the heat of the day, so we are flipping the clock, switching to night shifts, and going nocturnal to make this market happen. There are so many amazing flowers this week, and no shortage of beautiful arrangements, but will the customers show up to the farmers market and make the week worthwhile? Well, that's what you are watching the video to find out. Don't forget to like and comment down below. Let me know if you actually read this far in the description, I assume that nobody every reads this far.

The sound of the snips harvesting zinnias timed exactly to the music (around the 15 minute mark) just fills my heart with joy and gladness. I don’t know why I find it so satisfying, but that extra little attention to detail makes it feel like all’s right with the world. Thanks for the time & effort you put into making these videos. Much appreciated.
Serena your bouquets are absolutely stunning. The variety of beautiful flowers combined with your skill at pulling them together is just superb. It's no wonder why your sales are so good. We also had a heatwave in upstate NY and right now as I'm watching it's a cool 60* morning which I'm sure as my neighbor you are enjoying as well. Take care.
Enjoy your morning!
Syncing the zinnia cuts with the beat was a lil touch of asmr genius 😂 got a good chuckle
I love the snip sound, it's fun to play around with
3:57 OOOO!! Editing is EXCELLENT ! Clipping on the beat!!
I am impressed by that too! 🎶
We need a list of Serena’s “Go To” & “Must Have” flowers for the farm. 💗💐🙏🏻
I bet she would say them all! 😋
She has at least one video but I think there are more about this
She had a top ten video
The entire flower catalog lol
BEST SERIES ON RUclips! We love your beautiful fascinating videos! Not long ago a $1000 market would have thrilled you! A great sign of business growth! ❤ 🌼
It is good to keep things in perspective for how far we have come! Thanks for the kind words, we are really trying to do something special to give people 30 minutes of happiness a week on us lol
@@YouCantEatTheGrass i’m a healthcare worker, and the stress we are under is still off the charts (at least in australia this is still true). Coming home to one of your videos brings me so much happiness!
Serena you put so much thought and care into making your bouquets. They are the most beautiful flowers ever!
I want one of each!
Hi Serina and Ian!! I'm doing a "You Can't Eat The Grass" Marathon-Catch-Up, the bouquets look wonderful. Keep up the great work!!
I got sucked into re watching some summer vlogs the other day, they are addictive lol
Around 4:25 has fantastic music esp with the snippy snips sound! Perfect timing with the music.
Cutting your flowers to the beat of the background music is *chef's kiss*
So great to see that the kids pitched in and got some beach time. The "Night Shift" approach seemed like a good strategy to deal with the hot temperatures.
Your bouquets are always so beautiful 🤩 When Ian left you outside in the dark I was worried that Flowerface was going to make an appearance! I’m still holding out to see him again 🌸😱
For those that can't get enough of this channel, Serena introduced us to her friend Nicole from Flowerhill Farm in one of her videos way back, and she is doing incredible work and awesome videos too!
So many pretty bouquets this week, Serena! A great range of colours, textures and combinations. And I appreciated the field snipping edited to hit the beat of the music detail! 😉 You both did a great job, as always! 🤩
Look forward to seeing your videos for a recap of your week! In addition to your amazing bouquets- I enjoy the quality of your videos- the snipping even is to the best of the music! Keep up the great work!
I've always thought of you guys as nocturnal, as I watched the vids of you working into the wee small hours to make it for market day week after week. My bedtime is 8.30 and I'm up at 4, but that's because I'm old lol. I've loved watching your evolution in oh so many ways, but especially Sabrina's flair for the bouquets. The way you've taken to flower growing and arrangement is inspirational! They are spectacular and you should be so proud. Thanks for sharing your journey with us xox
Finally seeing zinnia in full bloom, a month late. Usually you have an abundance of them in July. Well, better late than never (like your sunflower tragedy). They are beautiful
Everyone is loving the zinnias
Everything is behind this year around here after the cool spring we had. My garden is so far behind too!
I love the zinnia snipping in time with the music 😂
Did anyone else notice that "free chocolate sample" sign for the stall next door? Ok Ian, fess up. How many chocolate samples did you eat that day? Must save the chocolate before it melts - lol! When it's hot, do cool flower colors like intense blues sell better than warm colors? But the colors are usually mixed, so there goes that theory. I was loving any of the bouquets with that dark blue larkspur - just stunning!
I had to pause and rewind several times to fall in love with the pink and purples!
Beautiful bouquets! Lovely to see the kids chip in! You guys are incredible to work in those Temps.
LOVE seeing new videos from you guys!!! I can't get over the beauty!!! You make it look too easy lol!!! ;)
I don't know why but I love that snipping sound ! My 7yo son was watching with me tonight and he said I really like that snip sound I don't know what it is about it 🤣 beautiful bouquets as always 🌸
It's a great sound, I enjoy playing around with it to make it sync with the music, makes the sequences so enjoyable to watch in my opinion
Awesome guys! Love seeing more of the harvest and process 👍👏
I’m new to the channel and loving it. I only wish I found you sooner this year as I live in Kelowna and would totally buy you beautiful bouquets every week!
Thanks so much! We still have a few more weeks of the Sat market, and the stand will be open till Halloween. We are also selling dried stuff at the craft culture Christmas fair this year.
Ian you work crazy hard to. God bless you both.
Beautiful !
Hearing your snaps with music beats is so satisfying !!
All the bouquets are beautiful, absolutely beautiful! Love the peach too.
Every week we wait for your video. Great job. Love your bouquets…
the sync up of the snips and the music was amazing xD
I love y'alls videos!! Great editing! Beautiful flowers! Gorgeous bouquets Serina!!😊
Your dried flowers are so colorful - that's amazing! 😍

I always love seeing a new video is up! So inspiring and beautiful to watch! I've enjoyed watching this transition to full time flower farming and how successful you've been this year, in spite of all the weather challenges!

Love your flowers
Fabulous bouquets!
So funny, Ian, with doors shutting on truck.
Made me smile.
I knew you were going to say that.
Flowers in her hair, flowers everywhere.
I love the Flower Girl...
An old American song.
Beautiful flowers and very calming video as always.
You guys rock.

You make the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen. Just stunning.
Good morning Serena. Wonderful video. Everything looks lovely and so do you - as always.
Stunning stunning stunning flowers! Omg those apricot color bouquets were off the chart! Love your market recaps! Still given the heat you had a pretty decent show and sales out front! Congrats! 🌷🌸🌷🌸🌷🌸🌷🌸
Your flower farm is beautiful 😍 😎✌❤
🤩 🤩🤩 This was the most beautiful week ever!!! Your flowers are just magical 💕🌈 🌸. Your B roll is just the stuff of dreams. I could watch it forever! Great job having solid sales despite difficult weather! Your kids are just the cutest! Keep up the great work!!!
I loved the sound editing. Nice job matching the clips up with the beats in the music.
Great video!!
You keep me fighting the good fight/ planting right out to our busy suburban curb.
Truly you inspire me
I love watching your videos. And yes I read the description of this video right to the end.
Hot in Portland also.. I have been gardening and watering late at night. Makes more sense.

It’s too hot here in the Uk nothing like the temperature you get but it’s unbearable. Well done on fantastic video
Serena harvesting those Zinnias to the beat of the music. I see you Ian! Haha Love these videos per usual. You guys are so inspiring to me and my family! Sending love and prayers for strength to keep it going💕🙏🏾
Great video!! I ❤️ how you synchronized the Zinnia snipping sound with the beat!!
The flowers look amazing, you've come a long way. Wishing you continued success!
Thanks
Thank you for another episode!
Thanks for watching!
Hehe - nice how you aligned the cutting sound of the zinnia snipping with the beat.
Lovely bouquets. Sorry it was so hot it hurt sales. Hope the roadside stand did well for you. 😊💖
You need to make a short just repeating the quote about about clicking on the red heat alert warning the public of all the ways to protect your life. It's been a summer to remember (or forget).I'll eat my words when we get 3 feet of snow!
I'm going to try strawflowers and status next year! They're incredible! And that they dry so well.
Flowers are so beautiful and bring so much joy that is why you must have more than once a week
The best part is the zennias harvest very satisfying hearing the snip sound😍😍😍 and beautiful flower colors 🥰🥰🥰
Wow are you guy’s worked very hard
A fairly new follower and have been binge watching your vids even if I haven't grown anything in my life. Loveee watching your harvest to market vids! So satisfying to watch the end-to-end process. Hope you all stay safe!
Awesome! Every video is such an effort to make, but we have been doing it long enough to have a pretty big back catalog, enjoy!
The music lining up with the zinnia snipping was perfect!
Thanks, it takes a lot of work to do, so I'm glad you appreciate
I am always looking forward to your beautiful flowers and gorgeous bouquets.
22:53
So pretty. So romantic.
Then down came the guillotine :)
Lol chop!
The bouquets this week were the most beautiful I have seen! Don't overwork yourself, though.
Serena, those bouquets were off the hook ! I couldn't stop thinking about them all week and had to go back and watch again.
Perhaps you might add stills of your bouquets at the end of your videos. It might help people stay right to the end, but who wouldn't ? Don't listen to me,lol !
Beautiful as always. I was wondering if you’d consider giving a tour of the varieties you’ve planted. I see some scabiosa and others I’d love to know more about. Thanks!
You guys are hard workers
Oooh just love that music that suddenly came on ... Just so attuned to the coming evening scenery
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Your selection of flowers is soo beautiful. I keep wishing I lived near your farmers market or stand. Enjoy your videos
Thanks for watching!
Awesome.💯👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌💯
I would buy a big bunch of the same flower, same color. Ie: pink larkspur or purple statice. I never see you do that.
Perhaps I’m a gardener and not a florist and just love the impact of lots of the same beauties in one vase. I do enjoy watching you. I was surprised it doesn’t cool down for you at night, being so close to the beach.
You are so brave and tough to withstand the heat snd bugs, all for the glory of what you grow. Bravo!
I love your beautiful hat.
I love Dusty's markings. Very pretty kitty.
He is going to be very handsome
Great video as usual, I look forward to your videos.
For the market, have you folks considered tilting the buckets forward a bit, at least on the lower level might make flowers more visible instead of the wrapping paper.
Great video!
Thanks
I love all your videos!!!!! Please keep making them!!!! I love looking forward everytime seeing them from the beginning of cutting the flowers till the end of the sale!!!! I love and also starting to get to know the flowers name by hearing them!!! 🌹💕❤️
Awesome, we plan on keeping making them, it's fun to create something that brings so much happiness
Thanks for the video! You guys do such a good job and work so hard, it’s quite inspiring. 👍
I always love seeing the seed bike, such a cool tool! And the mars rover! 😝 love it! It’s so big! It’s going to need brakes on your hill!
The Mars rover is comically big, we ordered it online and didn't think it was so big. I like it though
Just wanted to say, I love the effort you do putting the "clip" sound with the music beat. It's been like that for a few videos now. I'm sure it took you some time to do!
You guys are doing so well! I love all the bouquets you make, the kids, the cats and the night lights of your town is beautiful. What scabiiosa variety is your beautiful blue one that matches the larkspurs so well? We enjoy your videos, because of you, I ordered ranunculus for next spring, I hope I can grow them successfully. You’ll probably have a video when you start yours, and I’ll follow along. Keep up the good work!
Fama blue is the scabiosa. I start ranunculus indoors in Jan and plant out in March
