I've had that wand for several years now and it is my main wand. I am mostly residential and occasionally so some commercial. I never really liked the glide that came with it. That glide does have excellent water recovery as you said, but even with a mid sized truck mount it can be too hard to push on heavy pile especially. I have actually been surprised by the swivel. It is not made very well obviously, but I haven't had much trouble from it and I don't even grease it hardly at all. It recently got really stiff and I had to pull it apart and grease and it's back to normal. Mine is a little loose too, but no air leaks either. I also did get that insert to shorten the length of the wand, but never really felt I needed it and I'm only 5'6". It's about the same length as my old AW-29. My older Bentley stainless steel wand is shorter with the high pressure gun on top. I still have that wand and it works great since I worked out a few problems with it such as the glide and the spray angle, etc. It is much heavier than the Bentley Ti, but with the glide it's quite easy to push on any carpet. I do think the high pressure valve on top makes it more ergonomic as well although some may have trouble getting used to it if you've only used regular valve wands for years. I've been a fan of swivel wands and was one of the very early buyers of the very first Bentleys which were then heavy stainless steel and built like a tank, but with some flaws. It took me a while to figure it out, especially the spray jets and the glide problem.

I quit using mine, I found I needed the swivel less than I thought and get tired of the sloppy swivel and breaking off the plastic wings. Now I'm using the sapphire titanium 12 inch

I was thinking to get one of these and I have like superhuman strength 😂 but is it a bad idea to run this on my aerotech?

Honestly, I don't use the Bently anymore and probably wouldn't recommend it over a good titanium non-swivel wand. If you absolutely have to have a swivel, you can get a Dang that has better bearing design for about the same price
