    I washed my tester shirt, not turning it inside out in the washer or dryer. It was still vibrant and soft, no peeling, no cracking. Love it!!

    Cool one there.. what kind of transfer is on your hoodie.. I mean the 'NEXT CHAMP'..? Is it DTF, HTV or Screen printed..?

    what printer settings did you use?

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  2 месяца назад

      I'm not sure exactly it's been a while. But normally I leave it as is. If I see in the print preview something is off then I adjust accordingly. Check out my first video I think I mentioned it in that one.

    Hey Austin Question for your shirt design.. is it larger than 8.5 x 11? I have ben trying to figure a way to print larger than than that maybe split the design like you would with sublimation? Thank you for the video!

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  Год назад

      So the image with the letters may be around that size. However I cut the separately. As you know cricut won't allow anything larger than 6.75×9.25. So in order for you to print larger yes, you'd have to split like you would with sublimation IF your using cricut. Now you can also print straight from a different software and just cut it out by hand.

    What a great design I love it. It sounds like paper so does it feel like that or is it more like htv

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  Год назад

      Yes it does sound like it up close but no it feels more like suede to me. I guess in comparison to htv I would say like the matte version.

    Did you add bleach in the load with it? It came out really nice. Have you used the easy subli before? If so, how does this compare to it?

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  Год назад

      Yes I added bleach to the load. I have also used easysubli. To me easysubli has more texture than the easycolor dtv. But as far as longevity they both have held up pretty good. Although easysubli has texture its not too bad if its an image with some negative space.

    • @AustinsLab_

      Yep. I've washed it several times and it held up very good. No issues at all. I'm actually surprised. No cracking, peeling, or fading.

    I noticed after washing and drying my dtv got very wrinkled, did anyone else have this issue?

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  Год назад

      Yep mine was very wrinkled. I folded it and put it away. I took it out today to wear and it was fine.

  • @sunshinelifeco
    @sunshinelifeco Год назад

    How was it after drying? Also have you found a good transfer method for your letters after your first video? Nervous to invest and spend the money to have customers complain.

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  Год назад

      It was still in good shape. No issues. And yes I found that easysubli mask works good. However the pieces lift from the backing before you place the transfer sheet. Like static! So with the intricate pieces it was a nightmare getting the transfered because they would fold and lift while you're trying to transfer. So weird. I believe it's because the backing of the dtv isn't sticky. It doesn't hold the cut down for you.

    • @sunshinelifeco
      @sunshinelifeco Год назад

      @@AustinsLab_ I have had such horrible experiences with the normal permanent vinyl from that brand not wanting to come off the backing that I was afraid to try this new product. It is the only PV I have that has this issue sadly so out about 600 bucks from my first large order from them.

    • @AustinsLab_
      @AustinsLab_  Год назад

      @@sunshinelifeco Oh wow! Heattransferwarehouse.com has a few brands to choose from. I don't use the PV that often so I don't have much advice for that. I've heard good things about Oraclal 651.

      Mine faded a lot after washing. I waited before washing it. Followed instructions and washed in gentle detergent but it faded a lot. It is soft and doesn’t crack.
