You should ALWAYS start a tour with the 1st rooms to come to when you enter as he did :) If you want to start a tour with the kitchen then build the kitchen next to the front door
You didn't show two rooms from the entertainment area, the out door shower from the primary ensuite, WC in primary ensuite, etc. Basically if you mention a room or feature please then show it.
This is not a review it's an advert for Blue Heron...... the most over rated over priced home builder in LV with some of the worst layouts and cheap interiors. And where is the floor plan????? School boy error not to show one. WOW $6.5 million and your surrounded by your neighbours metres away, surprising in a country and city with SO much space lol Blue Heron loves to use pebbles everywhere on the inside.... it's a way to save $$$ and cheapen up on installing a proper floor. Pebbles and slabs are for the outside
Absolutly HighEnd. Life is great ❤👍💪
You should ALWAYS start tours from the entry to the kitchen. This sets the tone to easily follow the Floorplan.

Very beautiful home. Love the primary. Great video.
Awesome video Nick. Nice presentation.
Why am I looking at the host instead of the outdoors shower spout.
Nice house, wish I could have seen more of it vs. the host.
House has all the lounge. 😂
