Its an interesting house, but strikes me as impractical and a inefficient use of space, the traffic flow is also kind of strange , but someone will call it home.

So you spend 8 millions, walk to the backyard and have zero privacy. This is a big NO. I would be surprised if someone ever buy this house.

Great location, incredible view out of the entry way. But unfortunately this home has one major flaw which the builder really should've caught. It's a house clearly designed for entertainment with a one of the best views, yet the entertainment area that can see the view is just that small kitchen and tiny family room. The main indoor entertainment space is in the basement with low ceilings and zero views....Seriously? I think that's gonna be a major deal obstacle for any buyer looking for a house like this at this price point.
