Wanting a National identity is considered far right these days....Seems "French" is a dirty word in France.
French, German, American, English, Dutch, Swedish, Canadian, Italian ... etc.
Promoting racism, xenophobia, homophobia, antisemitism, misogyny and all kind of hateful and dangerous rhetoric is considered far right which is exactly what the national rally (the far right French party) stand for in France.

You're just displaying your ignorance about how the french political system works. After an election, a majority needs to be formed to have a prime minister and to effectively govern. If there's no majority, as it's the case right now, you can't govern. Negotiations have to go through between parties to form a coalition.
So yes, the parliament is in a standstill. It's not an opinion. It's a fact.

France uses a dual election system where there are effectively two elections for the same thing to guarantee a higher plurality.

It would be great to have more options than far left or far right for those of us that are independent and like good policies. Where women can be women again and treated like adults. Where taxpayers money can be spent on citizens. A comprehensive immigration bill that citizens want. Where people have representation instead of people who want to rule them.

The far left is non-existent in France. There's like 2 far left parties in France and they get like 0.5% or 1% on elections. There's a strong left, a strong far right, a strong center and a moderate right
