USA positively assessed Ukrainian Victory Plan

- The US Department of State said that it saw a number of productive steps in the Ukraine Victory Plan. On October 12, Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present it at a meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defense in the 'Ramstein' format. The Ukrainian Victory Plan includes defining the state's place in the global security architecture, the President of Ukraine noted.

@@eenigheid3186 No politician in the west, not even van der Leyen, says that the sanctions are economically effective on Russia. They only say that sanctions must be for symbolic reasons - to show Putin that the west stays together behind Ukraine and is determined to help. Many Western economists say that sanctions hit ourselves much more than Russia (industrial production costs, inflation).
The Russian army is now the 2nd most powerful army in Russia!
