I'm gonna be totally honest with this one. It is for me a SL63 with a roof. I would choose the SL63 over this. I mean, the essence of what the AMG GT is and what makes it so special, is really not in this car. The big hood is not there, not a rwd, heavy af, the interior looks awesome in the SL but doesn't fit an amg gt. And the sound.... It doesn't sound that terrible but it's not really good either. I'm an amg fan as you know and the previous amg gt gen is my favourite car ever, but this time they didn't make it for me. The SL is way better than this. I'm still really hyped for a "gtr" version of this tho👍
It's very nice for sure, but it's so heavy. I look forward to seeing the new GTR/etc.... versions. The previous generation GT was lighter, RWD, transaxle, etc... it was better setup for track driving.
How is the quality of the door cards? The SL63 door cards feel very cheap and flimsy. I'm hoping MB listened to the feedback on the SL door cards and improved them for the GT.
Is this a joke? The AMG GLE63s is faster in reverse than any E class, doesn't sound like a vacuum cleaner and, with the added advantage that it does not look like something designed by a primary school play group.
Around a 9-9.5 it doesn‘t really get better than this. Especially the pops and bangs are super loud on this car. It just didn‘t pop in my video because it was 34 celsius and everything was very hot
If i had the money i would go for an SL 55 with carbon brakes and the burmester uppgrade, if only eurojackpott could be a little nicer! Great review thanks for the upload!

According to other reviews, it handles and feels entirely different from the sl63. And this gt63 inerior materials quality is better than the sl's
It is bigger also, the only part that both cars share, is the door
In all due respect, I'd rather have a roof over my head vs air and whatever may be passing by....

You can put it to RWD because it‘s a 4 matic + and also there‘s a GT43 coming which is RWD

There is simply no mistaking the AMG V8 sound and feel. It is going to look great next to my 2024 AMG GLE63s in the driveway.

Hi, which one you liked better M8 or this gt63?
Honestly I think the GT is the clearly sportier car and the M8 more the daily. They feel similarly fast in a straight line tho maybe M8 even quicker
