TRUMPF Services: Bending round bars with adapted stop systems

When bending round rods, the tools are provided with specially designed notches which help the operator with the insertion and positioning.
By preventing load concentration at certain points, the notches also reduce pressure marks on the workpiece.
A specially designed stop system guarantees that the bending part exactly aligned for a number of bending operations.
Tools with multiple notches make it possible to insert a number of round rods and, depending on the machine stroke, allows the bending of several parts at one time.
