I have freshly built 22-X 4 with MC Positrons in the rear and MC electrons in the front! And yes our track is indoor clay also! Should I try blue liquid wrench!from what I could see in your video! You had very good traction! You were very on point ! Cornering was excellent!
Spotted myself in this video! I think this was our last race day before the roof collapsed and shut the track down. (Still shut down, I'm sure you're aware.)
got tired of covering my cars, and hands in essentially toxic liquid. If you are trying out tire sauce you have to give TDK Gen2 a shot. Its 100% non toxic, and has ZERO smell. As a plus its the best tire sauce i've ever used.
Wish you still made videos, I’d love to pick through that knowledge of yours. Hate to say it but years of rc bashing and monster trucks, I’ve now turned to racing and took to the track for my first time. I’ve been spend almost 5-6 hours a night learning what I can.
I appreciate your comment! I loved racing but chasing an aviation career takes precedence over "hobbies". Just study as much as you can, it'll make racing so much more enjoyable. I don't know how much I remember lol
@@triplefranch3833 thank you for your response, I've been cramming as much as possible every day in and day out. I wish you the best of luck in you aviation career and I have always wanted to get into flying. props to you man. again, good luck and thank you. definitely post some vid of anything you end up doing. I fly drones and have a part 107 license, so I have had to study parts of flying a fixed wing aircraft to pass the test. More question about flying planes for a UAV test than question about a UAV. lol
Maybe, get acquainted with the track before trying compounds. I saw this is an old video. However, we all ways need to stabilize the platform before attempting to modify things to get more speed. It really goes down to statistics. And that's where, let's say, the rubber meets the road. As such; this is a great conversation. I hope people read it and get a feel for the, sort of, effort that is involved?
Please do a video of the application of the "Sauce". Also a video of your car's setup, shock package, roll center, caster, camber etc. Good videos so far. Thanks.
What about using slicks on clay? My clay track that iss they run....but its hard to get them dialed in. Wondering if a rubber tire would be easier to get just a solid grip level. Because I have a drift car half the time after I get a little dust in them. Does tire sauce like fdj go out the window as soon as I hit the dust? Dies liquid wrench work in slicks like smoothie 2s all the same?
Thank you!! I've had a radio in my hand since I was 3, im 25 now. It just takes hard work and dedication. Just remember, slow is fast but no mistakes is faster.
Car looks loose. Perhaps; let's not conflate knowing the track with traction. It looks more like you're struggling with the track. And the buggy looks too soft. Either heavy or springs too light? That's where one might need to spend a week at a track to find the best traction combination. Your personal relation ship with the track should be stable before saying a thing about the traction you're getting.
Content is on point. Always want to see more racing. Believe it or not I learn a lot by just watching you race. Keep the videos rolling buddy!

Definitely use the Liquid Wrench with the yellow label. PB Blast works good at some tracks.
I run proline tires and it didn't work like the blue or pb. Im gonna say the chemicals in each might react different to proline or jc rubber.

try v cutting your foam when mounting. get the tire a little more flat profile.
Thanks for the info! I appreciate it! Keep up the great work!
Try proline primes(if u can find them) and baja sauce for that track
Sometimes times, a fun car to drive isn't a winning car. More, speed can be ugly.
Thanks for all if the information man
Simple green works great
