35:45 is GOLD because the reality is no matter how much or how hard you work on yourself, there will that one, or two, thing/s that we just have to radically accept as part of who we are. It’s not an excuse to be a shit person. However, it’s so freeing to accept this. AND it’s totally okay. Doesn’t mean you’re a lost cause. Jillian always does such a great job saying things in just the right way that hits the mark!
Developing and sustaining a healthy and reciprocal relationship with an intimate partner/a friend/a family member/a colleague/a boss who struggles with low self-esteem can be an immensely challenging endeavor. Effective communication becomes a significant hurdle due to their lack of communication skills, leading to frustration when their unexpressed needs aren't understood. Establishing a sense of understanding and empathy proves difficult as they tend to be hyper-vigilant and often take things personally. And they frequently present challenges with their grandiose behavior, speaking from a morally superior ground coupled with making condescending remarks about you and demonstrate self-absorption, further compounded by their lack of self-awareness and empathy.
Great conversation. Jillian is Lit Up in this interview. I like the apparent camera work on Jillian's side. I wonder of there is actual camera person fooling with the frame, or if this was done in post-processing. In any case, it is less boring than many of these sort of Zoom-Casts. Thanks

It is really helpful to understand and improve selfesteem. It also includes some great tasks you can do. All the best, Marco
