Thanks Dale! You rock brother. The Munson Ranger was a grail boot for me; in fact, the Munson last has always intrigued me. I can't wait to compair the fit to my John Lofgren M-43 boots. Thanks for the mention, I really appreciate it 🙌
Why doesn’t red wing USA ever make any of these for sale here???? This is why red wing upsets me. It’s always the same leathers and nothing like Japan or Europe. It’s an American company yet they don’t offer North American customers the same products. Just don’t get it
Look at White's 9338 Swing last boots through Baker shoe. Pretty much any leather you want.
I searched everywhere for the Munson Ranger a couple of years ago to no avail. I ended up getting a better boot built through Baker’s: White’s semi dress with a brogue cap toe.
@@strengthandbulkMadness Is that on the MP or 50-50 last? Isn’t the toe on that a bit more almond shaped than the iron ranger?
Bc just like our politicians, they only wish to exploit us. Give us the crap that makes them the most money.
Some boutiques carry them -got mine at Franklin & Poe
I have a pair of red wing iron rangers. Great fit and comfort but go for half size down to your normal size.
SOLD OUT !
The Munson rangers were great, I miss those. I also simply miss the smooth cork sole on the iron rangers and blacksmiths from years ago.
these actually look less nice to me than the regular IRs that I don't buy.
some extra detailing but then the bulbous toe....
they survive by cutting corners and all that, apparently. so disheartening anyway?
