Thank you. I’m getting there. You have to learn a whole new way of living it’s not just a case of eat better and exercise. It’s all good until something bad happens then you have to train your brain how to cope with the bad stuff so you don’t undo all the good work you’ve done.

When you came home to that unholy mess, I just felt so sad for you so it was so nice to see that your daughter did step up to help you. You work so hard that everyone in that house should help out, especially when you are on a constant rota at work.

Yeah they do help, they know what to do. I honestly just find it more mentally exhausting to keep asking and reminding them to get the jobs done
