- An introduction to the tool database and some of it's features and functions, as described by a programmer.
A bit lengthy, with mediocre audio, this videos serves to show prospective users and current users some of the functions of the tool database. In part II we can examine complex formulas, larger tool assemblies, and turning tools (possibly).

Thanks. So much more information then the training i received. Keep up the great work. We appreciate it.
This is a great video. There is no other place on the web you can learn this stuff! Please cover turning tools.
Also a question: given that chip load and cutter diameter are directly proportional, why do you think they don't make a future that takes advantage of that? It would partially do away with the table.
PLEASE RELEASE PART 2 AND MORE TOTORIALS OF HYPERMILL TO HELP US OUT UNDERSTANDING BETTER THIS INCREDIBLE SOFTWARE
39:05 "Having this wrong is really easy way to destroy your tool, dont ask me how i know" - felt that
Thanks so much for sharing! Curious if you'd elaborate or point to resources that go into detail on the function of the NC number and ID fields. Trying to build up a tool management system in which each unique tool assembly ("NC tool") used has a permanent alphanumeric identifier that's common across an entire shop and all programmers.
Hi thx for the video ,it was very helpfull. I have a question how do you print out tool list for multiple jobs all on one sheet, for exsample form T1 to T39
Great job Sir.
Hello Mate, will you ever make the Part 2?
Nice Work Micheal
thanks
Hi Michael ,tool builder not working in my software ,will you please help me for that.
Toolbuilder is integrated and standard so i think it should work. What happens if you use it? Is there an error?
