As a Thomasian, I am happy to knw that despite of our loss, the La Sallians still uplifted our downed spirits and remained humble as champions. That is what I call DESERVING Champions. Keep up and Congrats La Salle! #DLSUST #Animo

After game 3, when the UST squad was called to receive their runner up trophy, the crowd inside MOA arena including the La Salle fans chanted Go USTe as the UST squad was filing back to the hardcourt. That was intended to lift the spirits of the UST players sort of saying "congratulations, it is okay, you were worthy opponents". I do not see it as insulting. Besides, this is not the first time the La Salle crowd cheered for their opponent.

Proud Thomasian here! This video gave me goosebumps. I first fell in love with La Salle but went to UST for college but La Salle always has that special part in my heart. DLSU and UST have always had a strong tie even before the Teng brothers entered the UAAP. Both teams have been supporting each other for the longest time since I can remember. It just so happened that it became too much of a "fiasco" for some like you because of the publicity and popularity that Jeric and Jeron brought in this season.
