TIG Welding Spoons into Bugs / Cutlery Beetles

I "borrowed" some cutlery from my mom and tunred it in these beetles . inox can be TIG-welded, but you burn through pretty quickly. I'm new to welding and found this a fun and challenging exercise.

Is there a way to use a butane torch and some sort of fine string of metal, similar to what is used for electronics?

Any tips for burn through on thin handles or edge welding on the spoon? I am trying to fusion weld it and it doesn’t want to puddle up. It just wants to burn away. I turned my amps down to 35 too. Also, the arc is wandering even with a sharp tungsten and the work clamp directly on the utensil.
