As an ex Montana Wildland Firefighter of 13yrs, I can tell you the last story is from a man who has been on the firelines. Myself, I never did experience anything while sleeping on fires, however, I do not discount anything the man had to say. Getting dropped into some of the most remote places on the planet was the norm, so anything was possible...literally! I'm glad he's been able to finally share his experiences with us. It had to be a living hell keeping all that bottled up inside for so many years.

I to have fought fire and spent many time in the woods of pnw and the things he said about vanishing like beem me up Scotty is real and the orbs they too can be seen going threw the woods with such speed only seen twice enough to let a person know that there is things we don’t know much about.

It’s a feeling Cam that can not be explained until you have experienced it. I believe that you have never experienced the presence of a Sasquatch, and that’s okay, but if you ever do experience it, even if you don’t see it, you will know, and you will have a better understanding about what all these people that have experienced it actually meant by they could feel it. It’s not just a mental note that registers through your brain, but you can feel it in your bones and on the surface of your skin. It’s unmistakable!

    Wonderful stories,Dix ❤
My brother and his wife have a nice cabin in the Osceola forest(no. Florida)
When HE saw bigfoot, he was out in the woods on a week end fast and pray couple days......he looked up from reading his bible and across his camp fire
And Mr foot had just stepped out between 2 trees.......he looked at John for several seconds and John said, "I'm just on a little retreat out here, just me and my Bible. I mean u no harm." and then the creature gave that "nod" that some people have described.....turned and passed between three big pines.....and HE was gone.
It's the only time John has seen bigfoot, and he and his family have lived in the Osceola for 40+ years.🤷🏻‍♀️
He's hunted and trapped and lived for weeks at a time on Ocean Pond, out in the woods......alone......only saw it 1 time.....
But that "turn and be gone"
Business seems to be common.....thank u for posting.......🖐🏻☺️

I heard this story from old navy seal. He was in Colorado at his in laws cabin. He stepped outside @ 2am to pee off the porch & have a cigarette. When he was smoking he saw what he thought was a bear on the edge of tree line. He grabbed the axe off the wood pile he then saw this mass stand up right into the what was left of moonlight & curl it’s lip & let out a growl. He then said in his mind as he put his cigarette in his mouth & grabbed the axe with both hands “I’m out here smoking I mean you know harm, but if I have to I won’t go down without putting this under your armpit between your two ribs. He then said, it did what shook him. It looked at him relaxed it’s lip & gave him somewhat of a half humbled smile, nodded, turned around & walked away into the woods. He said it was grey, & had a face like a man & an intelligence but he said he knew what was going through his head when he saw it, but he did not speak that out loud. He knew exactly what he was thinking, like a communication between two old warriors but only one being it had to be 10 plus feet tall!
At that point he went back inside shaking & trembling so badly he couldn’t calm himself down. He’s seen many things war, ugly deeds by man & nothing scared him or left such an impact as this! He basically said they can keep there forest & he’ll stay in his urban city!

Took me three tries to be able to listen to all the stories this time. First time interrupted, second time fell asleep. Man, this was a good one today. I was pondering about the mind speak. I was wondering why not everyone has that experience, then started wondering if you need to be an empath to experience it. Then I wonder if it’s real. After that I think that I can’t think that way because not everyone believes those who have seen them and obviously plenty of us have seen them. It’s a fun thing to think about, beats so many of the other topics in our world today.

I remember that story too. There was also one by Steve Lilly. He told of the con-man taking the idiots on camping trip expeditions to see bigfoot not realizing there were many real ones in the area he had chosen. His assistant that placed the speakers out was Alpha daddys take-along snack. The bimbo with the waggy finger was very fortunate to get out alive. Foolish people never cease to amaze me. I shudder when I remember the times as a teen my boyfriend and I went up old logging roads to go fishing.

Sabe is a very old name. It is the name a large tribe of First Nations people gave to the Sasquatch or Bigfoot hundreds of years ago. Both Sasquatch and Bigfoot are names given to them relatively recently. Sabe sounds and feels more respectful or accurate than the other made up names to many people.

Back in the '60's when I was young, my dad took us all every summer to camp at Tuolumne Meadows, just north (I think) of Yosemite Park proper. It was a Sierra Club camp ground (y'know, when they were still a camping club...). The camp ground was right on the river, and you could pick up obsidian arrowheads all day long there. I think the Indians used to make 'em there. Daddy had known Ansel Adams as he had worked in Yosemite during the War culling dead trees. The John Muir Trail passed close by and often there were pack mules in trains full of intrepid campers headed who-knows-where. We never saw bigfoot. But we'd often hike well past the tree line and spend the days by rough, bolder-strewn rivers feeding the Tuolumne River. It's very rough country, and can get very green and shagy if you venture deep enough in to it. It's absolutely beautiful country too. But rugged and unforgiving if alone and injured. I can easily imagine dropping in like the fire jumpers and maybe running in to... um... bears. They were always getting in to the garbage cans at camp anyway. Shooed a few away myself a time or two. Growing up in Southern California, I at least had heard about Bigfoot growing up, even in the '60's. If my dad ever had an encounter, I feel pretty sure he would have talked about it with us. Anyway, just nice to go back in time & place in my mind to a beautiful place I always loved to be in. Thanks for the stories, Cam. God bless all!

My mother and uncles grew up in Idaho. My uncles were Smoke Jumpers back in the youth of my life and before. I'm 64 now. They never told me any stories about Sabe or anything weard that happened while on the Job but this was WAY before the Big Guy was a thing. Sure wish I could have heard their stories if they had any. We never did talk much about the job let alone some big Harry things in the mountains.

Cam and To the Catskill Coon Hunter, You definitely know what that was! I had an Encounter in the Adirondack Mountains. Adjacent to Indian Lake. On a old Logging Trail that DEC took over. Created some Remote Camping Sites. There some remote Ponds up there. That are worth the trip. Anyway I seen one sitting behind a Log. It was only 100 feet from State Route 30. Right off the Gavel Road.
I think the BFRO gets a bad rap because they are known to ignore the more bizarre encounters. If they have a Supernatural aspect, It is not counted. Despite anyone's personal feelings, Cam your right their Website is a great reference point. Especially if you want confirmation of encounters in your area, Stores, general information and updates. For Reference uses it is a great place to Research your area.
Cam- I agree go in the Woods! I had one but, Mine was passive. You don't have a bad point. Too many people sit home. Watching TV, playing video games and listening to great story tellers!😜 I had a passive Encounter. Probably the closest to best as you could. I seen it in my car. Reversed my car and stood outside next to my car Door. Was only a minute or so long. Ain't stopped me from the gorgeous Adirondacks! I can't my heart belongs there. On every day off. I think if you go into the woods for a hike, remote Camping and hunting to use the Buddy system. If not and your going deep in the wilderness use those Biken Tracking Divice! That doesn't mean not to enjoy nature. Just be safe and smart. I don't agree with being alone or not following instincts. If every part of your soul says, LEAVE. You need to leave. Your intuition is built inside of you, to keep you safe. That's my 2 cents!!😜😜
The Fire jumper Story I heard before. I heard it on Steves How to bow Hunt. I know you don't steal material. You literally just said that. He just wrote to you as well. That word for Bigfoot is used on his platform. I guess it's a Native American word or so Steve says?
Cam and everyone one here- Have a Blessed week! Erin 💜 Upstate NY
P.S. Idk about the last Story, I have trouble with mind speak, Orbs and all that with Bigfoot but I sure love listening to it anyway. I listen to Steve's stuff and some of those emails are wild!

My brother’s family lives about 25 minutes above Quincy, CA. Beautiful and rugged mountains. We were raised on the Trinity River in Salyer, Willow Creek on Hwy 299 west and Hoopa Res back in the 1960’s. My dad logged but we Never saw the Big Guy or felt their presence.
We were close to the Patterson-Gimlin area where they filmed Patty! In fact, we participated in annual Bigfoot Days in Willow Creek,CA.

They're here, in southeastern Kentucky, also. Seems like they used to be a whole lot more in the past, than there ars today. Perhaps something biological in nature has thinned out the population. Because they only allow lottery winners to hunt here also. And only the original elks released here are collared. Being released here in the late 1990's. In late 1998 or early 1999, to the best of my memory and knowledge. With this being said. It could also be the result of poaching in this area. Either by man, or by the Sabe. 😉

@@AlexMorganGuitarMan I just found out about that. They have been reintroduced in the Kentucky/Tennessee areas too. They are incredible to see, live and right in front of you without having to go out west! I almost hit a bull and his cows with the car while on my way to the area that people are told to go park to watch for them! It was one of the most amazing moments of my life to that point. That was about 15 years ago and the best memory I have with my grandpa. Until then I'd only ever seen them in pictures and on tv and their size blew my mind! A 200 pound whitetail doesn't even compare to a mature elk!
