The beauty of Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in mid to late October. This lush cove was once a mountain community where farms and family were a way of life. Today an 11-mile road allows visitors to enjoy the beautiful vistas and leisurely pace nestled among the surrounding mountains.

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park in the fall is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I can walk the Cades Cove road all day and never get tired of it. More recently though I have spent more time in the high country near Mount LeConte.
Our planet is beautiful and magic.
Waking up to the smell of a autumn forest and a shower of leaves falling on your head is beyond words. If you don't make the time to do it, it will never happen. Go for it!
Went there. 5 years. To the coves. Such a beautiful place. Enjoyed so very much
Great Video!! Love the Great Smoky Mountains
Heaven on Earth.
I'm here... And I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.. hell, I just may be buried here.
I've camped in Elkmont & Smokemont, but that was in early June. I'll have to try to make it next year for the Autumn. I've been to the Smoky Mtns twice during the Autumn, but that for just a weekend picture shoot..
almost heaven
Sometime during the Autumn, I will have set up my camp at Cades Cove campground.
Cades Cove is one of my favorite places to visit and I look forward to watching your videos every time they come in. Can you tell me what camera you use to shoot these? Thanks!
What a gorgeous video! What is the recommended best time for fall colors. My time is very f look flexible. Also I have a mountain bike and want to ride the cades loop. Please advise. Thank you.
What would you say is the number 1, 2, 3, spot on the Smoky Mountains. We are going at the end of Oct. TIA
Until the cars are replaced with some sort of shuttle bus/tram system such as that in Zion Canyon I refuse to waste any more time and heartbeats on Cades Cove. You have self centered jackasses who will bring their man eating SUVs into Cades and DRIVE them slower than a human being is capable of walking......
