Modeling and hijab don't go hand in hand. It's about modesty for a greater and higher purpose not just a cloth on the head. Most of the clothes these models wear the majority of people can't wear anyway except maybe rich Saudis or other Gulf Arabs!
As for the other models yes, they can say they are Muslim but the observance of faith is being very compromised.
