I've had to report my neighbor several times for playing music too loud in their front lawn, but to be fair, their music was SO loud that I couldn't even hear my own computer speakers that are literally two feet in front of my face. I don't mind some noise from neighbors or roommates - I can hear my roommate's TV through the door right now, but only just barely and only because I have the video paused - but there is a point when too much is too much. And yes, I did live in a lower floor apartment. I learned to ignore the "everyday sounds" of the upstairs neighbor like them walking around, accidentally dropping things once in a while and such - he had every right to live his life in his home as I did and that's just something you have to learn to live with in that situation.

Well, everyday there would be constant horribly loud noise that even visitors would complain about. Since it didn't stop after weeks, even after talking to the neighbors, my parents called the cops. The cops later told us that they had a CONCRETE BLOCK tied to a string and they used it so they could drag it across and bang the floor. They were causing so much discomfort on purpose smh

@@ws7009 She doesn’t knock on the walls or ceiling anymore after confronting her and talking to the on-site manager some years back, but a couple of weeks after commenting on this video, she taped a note to our door complaining again. This girl is young and the neighbor before her was an older man and never had a problem with us which makes it worse. The building is old and the floor/her ceiling is thin, we can’t help that. I think it’s just her being overly sensitive. You should def try to talk to your neighbor and see what’s up with him, especially if you aren’t being loud and you were there first.

This literally reminds me of my neighbor. I won't get into it too much because it's mind blowing, but long story short I finally came to the conclusion that the things he was "hearing" he must be putting his ear to the wall or recording us from the inside. Real psycho type stuff and I'd hear weird noises in our basement till I barricaded the paper wall that divided our basements and reinforced my locks down there. My son moved out a few months ago who was barely home to begin with because he worked a lot, played ball with friends, went to the gym, had friends and a gf, barely home, so now it's just me and two girls. Started documenting with the police over a year ago, I did. And now he's looking like a real psycho cuz one night he pounded on my walls when I was literally sitting at my computer working with headphones on being quiet and my daughters were just quietly talking in their beds as they fell asleep like little girls do. My turn to call the landlord and documented later with police. Most recently he pounded on my door at night two different nights and ran. We knew it was him cause his creepy son told my daughter weird stuff on the bus. I've got them separated on the bus too cause of his creepy sons who always say weird things to my daughters about our family. He's training them to be weirdos just like him...cops knocked on his door to see if it was him who knocked and the cop and I came to the conclusion that he wouldn't admit it either way. But I said, if it doesn't happen again then we'll know it was him cause he knows I'm not playing and I"ll call the cops. Hasn't happened since...douche bag. So much for not saying much, lol. But believe it or not there's so much more!!! Can't wait to move...my first time in an apartment in over ten years, never again.

Come meet my neighbor! She tells me how to walk barefoot in my home and constantly accuses me of making noise when it turns out it's coming from elsewhere. I had one party in the 10 years I've lived in my place where the music was down by 11 (on a saturday) and it was over by 12:30. That was 4 years ago and she's still not over it!!

My downstairs neighbor was exactly like this when she first moved in a couple of years ago, expect she never came up to confront us. I swear her first day here, she was banging on the ceiling over the tiniest sounds, but would blast her music all the time and we never banged on the floor until she did. She had to have been on the ceiling like that cuz she was ready with the broom 😭
Omds going through the exact same thing rn but it’s a male. We didn’t even know he had moved in until he was banging on our ceiling. How did you deal with it?
@@ws7009 She doesn’t knock on the walls or ceiling anymore after confronting her and talking to the on-site manager some years back, but a couple of weeks after commenting on this video, she taped a note to our door complaining again. This girl is young and the neighbor before her was an older man and never had a problem with us which makes it worse. The building is old and the floor/her ceiling is thin, we can’t help that. I think it’s just her being overly sensitive. You should def try to talk to your neighbor and see what’s up with him, especially if you aren’t being loud and you were there first.

This is my upstairs neighbor right now. I swear he overreacts over me rubbing my hands, munching my sandwich, sighing, whispering... I don't know how he can hear every little thing I do! But this neighbor here is polite because he comes to talk. Mine slams the door, drops a bomb over my head, stomps with heels for things like sigh, whisper, flushing the toilet, etc. Crazy!

This literally reminds me of my neighbor. I won't get into it too much because it's mind blowing, but long story short I finally came to the conclusion that the things he was "hearing" he must be putting his ear to the wall or recording us from the inside. Real psycho type stuff and I'd hear weird noises in our basement till I barricaded the paper wall that divided our basements and reinforced my locks down there. My son moved out a few months ago who was barely home to begin with because he worked a lot, played ball with friends, went to the gym, had friends and a gf, barely home, so now it's just me and two girls. Started documenting with the police over a year ago, I did. And now he's looking like a real psycho cuz one night he pounded on my walls when I was literally sitting at my computer working with headphones on being quiet and my daughters were just quietly talking in their beds as they fell asleep like little girls do.
My turn to call the landlord and documented later with police. Most recently he pounded on my door at night two different nights and ran. We knew it was him cause his creepy son told my daughter weird stuff on the bus. I've got them separated on the bus too cause of his creepy sons who always say weird things to my daughters about our family. He's training them to be weirdos just like him...cops knocked on his door to see if it was him who knocked and the cop and I came to the conclusion that he wouldn't admit it either way. But I said, if it doesn't happen again then we'll know it was him cause he knows I'm not playing and I"ll call the cops. Hasn't happened since...douche bag. So much for not saying much, lol. But believe it or not there's so much more!!! Can't wait to move...my first time in an apartment in over ten years, never again.
