So happy to hear that GG has the ball in the waist, it was implemented so well on Slithe and I'm looking forward to it being done equally done here. This wave looks fantastic all around and I cant wait to get my hands on Don and GG in particular
Guerilla Gorilla looks amazing, but it's also the first figure I'm disappointed in. I was hyped that this would be Sgt Bananas, w/ his trusty sidekick Larry the Lemur -- which was modeled after Willem Dafoe from Platoon. What a missed opportunity 😞 I'll still purchase him, but was SGT Bananas was one of my favorite characters from the 90's line
Well the figures look great, but I'm a little disappointed with the character selection. First of all, I think Metalhead Michaelangelo is a repaint that should have been used as an exclusive figure. Punker Don looks cool, but why are we starting a new set of turtle variants before we finish the one already started? That's annoying. Why are we getting Guerilla Gorilla instead of Sergeant Bananas? I thought this line was based on the vintage figures. I would've rather gotten Sgt Bananas with Larry the Lemur. Robotic Bebop looks good, but I could've waited longer to get him. Can we please get some more new characters first? Triceraton is definitely the one I'm most excited about. I hope the next wave has more of the figures I'm really anticipating, Usagi, Ghengis, Rat King, General Traag...

Feels like we are missing an a lot of secondary/popular characters to be going with 3 deeps cuts already. What you did does look really good! BTW Thanks for Ray Filet he was my favorite as a kid, can't wait to get him in hand!

Can't understand why this ones cost more than $100 per figure in europe, the gorilla costs more than $140 lol, with worldwide distribution super7 should be able to control better the price of his figures! The prices are outrageous!

Just a general question: I wanna collect this line, but can anyone say what the general tolerance is for the joints in the Super 7 TMNT figures? The last line I collected was MOTU Classics and while the sculpts were great, joints were often super tight needing some hot water treatment just to move (not even talking about the possibility). So I look at these figs and think, "yeah, those massive hinge joints on Guerrilla Gorilla are never gonna move. I realize these are just prototypes here with very little interaction encouraged in these promos. Just wondering before I do some figure hunting on the older waves. All have looked great in this line and I appreciate the mix of figures in each wave. Sometimes I just want some colorful plastic and I ain't too picky about classics vs. "deep cut" figures. Thanks -
The earlier waves had problems with the joints being too loose actually, but the more recent ones (Scratch, Slash, Leatherhead), the ones I got are perfect. Not too loose, not too tight. Absolutely nowhere even close to as tight as the recent Neca figs I got. I love both Super 7 and Neca, but so,e of the Neca figs I have, I feel like I’m gonna break them bc the joints are so tight.
@@justinanderson3241 Hey thanks man. I'd agree. I just opened Leatherhead last night and thought everything felt good. Ray Fillet and Krang too. But yeah, the original turtles are a bit tight, Metalhead, and I have a foot soldier that has a stuck soldier (even under hot water). Small prices to pay for this line I suppose. Really love everything about how they've all been looking. Love the packaging too - it hurts to open them just because the slipcover boxes are all so nicely printed and custom fitted. Ha!
Guessing, like with Metalhead, when you guys get around to "Shogun Triceraton", that you'll AGAIN ditch on chrome there too... ...also a pre-emptive pass.
These look cool and all, but I really hope we get Rat King and General Traag in wave 8
