a fuly built melee character does regular attacks in the 1000s damage range (tens of 1000s with sneak attacks). so most of the stuff dies in one hit except for the tankiest enemies like super mutants whose hp AND armor lvl with you as well as death claws etc.
Disciples Blade is more similar to Combat Knife, at least looking at attack speed and this one magazine boosting quick and short blades boosts them both, Machete excluded
Getting multiple DLC weapons as Legendary droops is a mood. Then again, I also run a mod that lets certain DLC weapons show up in the Commonwealth. There's no good reason only Nuka World Raiders can have AKs and given the gun laws of Fallout America, I could totally see more lever action production happening alongside bolt actions.
It really isn't necessary to invest in Blacksmith for any of these. For machete, you just remove the Sacrificial Blade. For the Disciples Blade, Throatslicer has the best serrated hacking blade and you can get a cutlass blade from either killing the Disciples bosses or by supporting the Disciples (after power play).
Trick for medium/slow melee weapons, pressing view change right as the hitmarker shows cancels the animation. Repeating the input and timing right vastly increases dps especially with slow weapons while using power armor.
The Unique Fatman Launchers Nuka-Nuke Launcher or the Bowling Ball Launcher can have their attachments applied to other Fatman Launchers. Big Boy is particularly potent with Two Shot and the Nuka-Nuke ammo, and becomes an infinite ammo weapon with the Bowling Ball modification.
Once a crippling serrated switchblade (1st legendary weapon I found) carried me through level 30 (very hard). I ignore medium and slow melee weapons since. Also, fast melee weapons usually attacks first other melee/basher enemies if you sprint towards them. So cool.
Imo quick and slow melee is best for stealth and power armor respectively, while medium speed weapons are kinda in between - ok with both playstyles but less optimal
Machete is just kind of a generic melee weapon. Kremvh’s is nice because it lets you stack that effect on a legendary but it’s still outrun massively by Pickman’s. The disciple’s is actually kinda meh in my book. Usually by that point in the game I’m super-stealthy blitz ninja and the attack speed is moot when they could easily be dead on the first hit.
Melee weapons with fast attack speeds thrive off the Blitz + Ninja combo. Even without investing into Big Leagues the damage multiplier gained by sneak attacks is absolutely ridiculous.
Also you forgot to mention the one you get for completing the Nuka World dlc with the Disciples still alive. Nisha gives you an instigating Disciples blade. Easily one of if not the best melee weapons in Fo4.
The hitstun in Fallout 4 is so utterly broken it's hilarious, couple with the melee being a downgrade from every previous Bethesda game and you have a recipe for a playstyle that combines jank with sheer boredom.
9:07 oh dear. we have a very different point of view here. Throatslicer only A and the same rank as The Tooth? No. Just no. Do a run through with just these weapons on a solo run and you'll see a world of difference. (2600 hours so far)
With those blades with an agility Build you can easily knock out raider with power armor, shows you how strong DLC weapons can carry you.

Nuka Nuke Launcher, Striker, and Lorenzo's Artifact are all mods that can be put on other weapons.

The coolest thing about the Tooth is the location you get it from. Now if only you could put that blade on a shishkabob.
Any melee weapon can feel goated if you eat a yao guai roast.

The Lorenzo's Artifact special dish can also be applied to a standard gamma gun

I would love to do melee/unarmed build in Fallout 4 but 1 massive problem all my attacks are blocked. Everytime.
It is Krimnath's tooth is one of two uniques that has a removable trait.
If the Throat slicer isn't S tier, what is?
It’s only good on low difficulties where you can tank damage effectively. Standing there hacking away on survival is a quick trip to your last save.

Disciple's blade easily out classes the machete or the tooth.

Hardly knew you were doing fallout 4 videos, but I hope there isn't as many tiny small insignificant errors as in the new vegas videos
It is an absolute op and needs a nerd weapon. 14 dmg per hit is way too strong. I win 20% of my trades which is nuts!

Kremnv tooth is only a B for me. It's just not that good. Putting it one below Throatslicer (which is absolutely an S tier) is just not funny.
