He, the killer, had a really rough game, so much so that he wasn't able to get Devour's 2nd ability of having all/most survs stop what they're doing to cleanse it before 5 stack, didn't come into effect until Endgame, at which point 2 survs just left because the exit gates were open. On most maps, Devour Hex Totem RNG could be in the worst possible spot, turning the Perk into just a 20s Slow down for Survs; and NoED new reveal aspect gives survs a chance to cleanse it in Endgame {so long as the Killer doesnt hook someone next to it and camp}. He brought perks to try to make a comeback; nothing wrong with that. The Meg Unplugging herself ironically hurt more because it shorten the Endgame timer because of it.
The vaults aren't reverted though. They just made them worse than they've ever been, while also still not fixing male survivors vaulting further than female. Current fast vaults are the same as a medium vault. They're fucking terrible.
Honestly males should vault slightly faster and further. Female dbd is so much easier especially for like hiding stuff meanwhile for like ever men can't even fit in bushes

stealthing has no effect on a huge chunk of pc players using shaders meanwhile vaulting speeds would affect all killers except nurse lol
