- In this video, I will show you how to send Free WooCommerce WhatsApp Notifications. You can send WooCommerce order notification on WhatsApp using SureTriggers Platform. This video helped alot but i am still confused that when whatsapp sends woocommerce's order notification to customer, would it charge me money or its completely free?, because whatsapp cloud API does charge you per text or something like that.
whatsapp cloud API is a paid service. SureTriggers is also a paid service now. It has a free plan too.

is "business verification" is necessary for using "whatsapp cloud API" for just sending "purchased order" notification on client whatsapp?

I have an existing non business whatsapp that is being used for commercial transactions and customer services. I got stuck at the stage when I was registering the phone #.
My question is, if I migrate my non business whatsapp number to this Business Account, will the same # can be used on Whatsapp Android App? Please clarify as it seems that If I migrate this # will only be used through META for automation and not manual by an agent on Android.

that will be under woocommerce email settings. By default Woocommerce will send email to owner when someone places order on website.

it depends on trigger you setup for woocommerce order.

Do we need to add a payment method for using it?
yes, without payment method, it is not going to complete the order. It will send message once the order is placed successfully. There are some other triggers also.

@@ParamFreelance when I add 91 in billing phone number than I get WhatsApp message and when just using phone number I won't get msg , in suretrigger it says failed.
