I am not sure about the ‘rapture theory’ either. ‘Words’ have several different connotations, and we have to keep this in mind. The Bible clarifies itself and does NOT send confusion. Remember God’s mind is NOT our mind, nor his thoughts ours.
Paul says that he prefers to be absent from the body and present with the Lord. But there is time between those events. That's why there is a resurrection. Blessings.

I believe there's a rapture because Paul said not all of us will die but will be caught up with the Lord in the air. In Old testament prophecies, the Israelites will go through the tribulation. There's no mention of gentiles. In Revelation, there's no verses encouraging believers to hold fast to their faith while the tribulation is happening. When Christ returns, he returns with his saints. This doesn't make sense if there's no rapture.
Mathew 24:29 Jesus tells us that immediately after the tribulation is when he is coming back. All the other verses in the bible that speaks of his return do not tell us when he is coming back except for Mathew 24:29.
I say caught up like a music band, all caught up in the spirit of the song and in harmony, but surely that is spiritual and yet real, and so I have to think, Heaven is another Dimension and Jesus could eat so I have to think they have a physical body on the other side, just in another dimension and there are mansions and vivid streets of gold and a crystal floor and all kinds of precious gems are mentioned and that is all physical things.

Hi Milessa , I seen this for the first time and I know it wasn’t a mistake, it is Nov. 13 ,23 I believe it’s about time for the truth about the rapture be revealed. Because people are looking for that rapture message to comfort them now. Which is I believe a cop out because of the high intensity of problems around the world. I feel as I was listening to you you don’t believe in the rapture in the way it was taught in the church’s . We read in 1st John 2:17 that whosoever DOETH THE WILL OF GOD abideth for ever. So what is the will of God concerning salvation?
John 6:40, “And THIS is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and BELIEVETH ON HIM, may have EVERLASTING LIFE: and I WILL raise him up at the last day.”
John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might BELIEVE that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that BELIEVING ye might HAVE LIFE THROUGH his name.”
John 6 kjv Then said they unto him, "WHAT shall WE DO, that we MIGHT WORK the WORKS of God?" JESUS answered and SAID unto them, "THIS is the WORK of God, that ye BELIEVE ON HIM whom he hath sent. "
Jesus EXCLUDED YOUR works because it's ALL about WHAT Jesus DID and WHO Jesus is. Your good works and thoughts cannot save you nor keep you saved. Your evil works and thoughts cannot Prevent your salvation nor cause you to Lose salvation. Salvation is without our works. It is by Faith in Jesus Christ ALONE that you are saved.
Anyone who believes they have to help Jesus save them by their own works, are arrogant, setting themselves in God Jesus's place, and they believed "in vain", because they are literally claiming that Jesus didn't need to even be born, that His life, death, burial, and resurrection didn't need to happen because they could have done that themselves. They are Literally claiming to Be God by saying their "filthy rags" works and their "desperately wicked" hearts of which the "depths of it's depravity" cannot be known, are not "desperately wicked" "filthy rags" that have the ability to give themselves salvation if they live😩🤯🤦🤦🤦 "without sin" (which only JESUS CHRIST ACCOMPLISHED)
1 John 1:8 “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”
