Kamvas Pro 12 Connecting and Disconnecting

Mine just wont connect in the first place. Got all the wires plugged in, drivers installed, i open up the app, and it says "Device Disconnected" with the sad little tablet guy. 😢 I'm using Linux, if that helps
Edit: And also, I noticed in the video that the window is supposed to show up on the monitor and the tablet. Mine only shows up on the computer monitor. WHAT THE HELLLLLL

You need to right click mouse, click on display settings, identify,
If the problem persist Scroll down on display settings : multiple displays, extend these displays
This should separate the screens
If the problem still exist, contact customer service

Just connect all the plugs. Including usb to the pc

This is not the deal. The problem here is huion drivers itself. My tablet is also not working and it is new...

La solución a eso es simple. Cambia de puerto , prueba conectar el cable USB a otro puerto y reconocerá el táctil

y si el cable usb viene unido con los otros dos cables que se hace, ;-;
