Your best guide video so far! Being prepared and having some notes or an outline makes a big difference. You can change nearly any keybind as you like. This can not only help to avoid issues such as unintended effects of using the NUMLOCK key but there are also many useful commands that have no bind at all unless the player sets one - such as SELECT NEXT which is an amazingly useful command when hunting for crafting materials or a well-hidden quest item, much better than the more commonly-used SELECT NEAREST command in most cases.
To add, when using the /ui layout save (what u call it) , command. Make sure you set up your screen the way you want. You might want to check out my other guide on that. Then you can move to another character and type /ui layout load (what you called it) , to set up other character with same screen and settings layout. Note. This will only save to the computer you are on. This is a local file. Also you can have multiple layouts if you name them different.
Another addition to a key you should know is X! X locks your camera to follow the target you are clicked on. If you ever find your camera doing this. Press X to turn it off. It is a tracking function.
People hit X unintentionally all the time and it drives them crazy! The camera-lock toggle is an excellent command to set for a different keybind. SHIFT-X or ALT-X keeps it familiar yet you'll be much less likely to toggle the camera tracking on by mistake.
NO! That is a very Tera Online type of thing. This game is the classic MMO type with combat. There are some abilities that let you block and evade. But they're more of a chance thing. It's not something you can time like dark souls. Good question.
Humm. That is weird. I've never heard of that, you are clicking to keep on and then clicking the key you want? That almost sounds like a file problem or something. I'm not sure with out seeing it.
