David Light Shadow Boxing, Mea Motu, Matt Mataika & Andrei Mikhailovich padwork with Alistair Boyd

In this video, we get a behind-the-scenes look at David Light's training camp as he prepares for his upcoming WBO Cruiserweight title fight with Lawrence Okolie in Manchester. After a padwork session with coach Isaac Peach, David does some shadow boxing in Henderson Valley, Auckland. As he steps out of the ring, Mea Motu, who is preparing for her own IBO world title fight against Tania Waalters, steps in for her padwork session with Isaac. In the background, we also see Matt Mataika working with physio Dominic, who just finished his session with David. Additionally, Andrei Mikhailovich is doing padwork with Alistair Boyd as he trains for his fight with Edisson Saltarin for the Fight For Life promotion in Auckland. It's a glimpse into the intense and focused world of professional boxing training.
