Great video mate! As an apprentice mechanic i'm taking a lot away from you. I had a KUN26r 1kd before Christmas doing the same thing! It took a few minutes before the values changed. Also suffered from white smoke, so i recommended new injectors and intake clean, was like a brand new bus!

@fourby4diesel . first video i found talking about actual values on a vehicle cheers mate. A lot of assumed knowledge in your videos. would be great to have you explain all the values and what they mean. i have no idea what the negative implications of a 25% calculated load is. i have no mechanical background at all but i presume it the ECU thinking the car is at 25% throttle use?
people wack tech stream on them and check them at idle and dissconnect it strait away. very helpfull video good on you mate

Injector 1 (-0.7)
Injector 2 (+3)
Injector 3 (-0.4)
Injector 4 (-3)
Which one I have to repair - Injector 2 or Injector 4 ? I mean is Injector 2 compensate Injector 4 or Injector 4 compensate Injector 2 ? Toyota Avensis T25 2.2 D4D 150hp .

Everything you say about the injectors needing replacing, is this unique to the 1kd? Toyota? Or just all modern diesels?
I've heard a lot of talk that the 1kds need replacing every 150k or so but for example an Isuzu DMAX will almost never need replacing
All Injectors aware in tear items always have been even more so now

what ECU tester you used?
Hey mate is it best to read them while cold? Or warm? When cold my injectors have a output value of 13 nearly 14.... when warm its 7. Are they stuffed? Injector 4 has a feedback value of 1.7 when cold.

Hi. interesting video. My prado has 352k km , starts and drives well but i checked "revised injection volume" uning techstream it shows: ( warmed 0.941 / 0,784 / --0.935 / --0,935 ) colder (0.472 / 0,472 / --1,091 / --0,154 mm3) is there a time to take injectors out?

Got 3 injectors over the value of 1.00 and 1 injector with the value of 0.7 . Should they be changed do you think ???
no, its normal. you should change when over 5.00
Can i ask should the engine be at operating temperature first she could be injecting more in the warm up mode ( auto choke )?

Using foxwell gt60.
Temp is 83c
Engine load 14.59 - 15.3%
But,
Main inj period 480us
Inj vol 6.9 mm3/st.
Would the higher load be something to do with a clogged manifold??

My LC 200 series seems smooth as, no shaking but Toyota reckons injector number 2 is out of spec. I try and find a mechanic in Victoria but all their suppliers burn the mechanic and over charge them. I can get 8 denso injectors for $2800 'Made in Japan' genuine www.hitechdiesel.com.au/. The mechanics in Victoria get charged $450 a piece. I really don't want to drive to South Australia to get them done. Some other mechanics try and charge me $1100 a piece. Can you guys supply and install for the same price per unit?
