As someone who's used the GECK to put them in the game (skill books), the one that wasn't updated was Handy Flamethrower Recipes which was for Big Guns which is not a skill type NV and a leftover from 3.
So most likely the mod author didn't make a high res for it since it's not used.

A lot of people in the comments are saying that quest mods for Fallout 4 don't exist, this is incorrect. There is at least one: Prelude to Vault 273, and it's actually pretty decent.

Can anyone explain why mod npc always use the stock "later" or '"bye" instead of their mod voice? is it like super hard to replace those files or is it something else? It just seems to me that every mod Mr. Chestbreach reviews has that same issue. Some of the mods have surprisingly good voice acting. And 100% of the time when they try a southern accent they sound like fucking Jodie Foster from Silence of the lambs or Goofy. Still enjoy watch you though Al.
